This study aimed to find out the major challenges that face student -teachers, class teacher majors, at Zarqa private university during the practicum period. It also tried to find out if there are differences that result from the variables of sex and the area of training, in order to reach to a suggested idea to limit or eliminate such challenges. The sample of the study contained (154) students), (male and female). The tool of the study was made of a questioner that was made of (28) items. The results showed that the challenges were, according to their field, as follows: The perspective of vocational preparation took the first place, while educational supervision took the second place. Then came the challenges that are related to the school administration, then those related to students themselves. The results also showed that there are no differences that are related to sex or the area of training.
