بحث بعنوان البث الوافد وانعكاساته الثقافية على المجتمعات تعكس مشكلة الدراسة الدور الواضح لتأثير تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وإفرازتها على المجتمعات العربية في ظل انفتاح السماوات كما تهدف إلى قياس أثر الانعكاسات الاجتماعية والثقافية للبرامج الوافدة وينقسم هذا الهدف إلى جزئين الأول: تحديد قدر التأثير الذي تحدثه البرامج الوافدة على المجتمع السوداني أما الجزء الثاني معرفة الانعكاسات الثقافية والاجتماعية ومستويات تأثيرها على الفرد وقد أجابت الدراسة على مجموعة من التساؤلات: 1/ هل ساهمت الفضائيات في إحداث ثقافة جديدة؟ 2/ إلى أي مدى ساهمت الفضائيات في إحداث نقلة نوعية للمشاهد؟ 3/ ما نوع القيم والمضامين التي تبثها الفضائيات الوافدة. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج منها: 1/ إن كثرة القنوات الخاصة أثر على طبيعة البرامج وهذا يشير تدريجيا لحركة الخروج من الإعلام الحكومي أو المحلي إلى إعلام جديب تجاري تحكمه آليات اقتصادية. 2/ البث الفضائي أعطى الفرد استقلالية في حل الصراعات السياسية والفكرية والثقافية باعتماده على الحوار والتفاعلية. 3/ للبث الوافد انعكاسات ثقافية سلبية على المشاهد إذا يساعد على ذوبان الهوية واندثار اللغة في اللغات الأخرى الوافدة. 4/ إن انسياب الصورة التلفزيونية يضع المختصين وأصحاب القرار أمام مسؤولياتهم لأن نقد وسائل الإعلام المرئية أكثر نفاذا إلى عقل الإنسان وإدراكه ومخيلته وحواسه. 5/ البث الفضائي معركة قابلة للتطور وحتى التأزم لأنها تعكس بوضوح الصراعات والتجاذبات الفكرية والنفسية التي تأتي عن التحولات الاجتماعية التي تشهدها الدول العربية والإسلامية.
Aresearch titled foreign media Transmission and its Cultural Reflections on Arab Communities. The theme of the study reflects the obvious role of the impact of modern communication technology and its repercussions on Arob comniunities given the invasion of man to the outer space during the past few decades. Moreover the research aim st measuring the effect of social and cultural reflections of foreign media programs. This aim is divided into two pants. Pant one attempted to measune the magnitude of the effeininct of foreign media programs on the Sudanese community Pant two tried to identify the cultural and social reflections of foneign media and to what extent do they affect the individual. The study sought to find answers to the following inquiries- 1- Had satellites and space stations contributed to effectuating anew cultune? 2- To what extent did space satellites and stations contributed effectuating a qualitative in the audience of their programs? 3- What sort of values and implications do foreign space stations transmit? 4- The study came out with the following conclusions: the multiplicity of foreign media channels have euident effect on the nature of programs. This indicates that there is agradual movement of stepping out from the circle of official or localinformation governed by economic mechanisms. 1- Space transmission gave the individual the oppontunity to solve political, intellectual and cultural conflicts independently through dialogue and free interaction 2- Foneign transmission has negative cultural reflections on the spectator as it often lead to the obliteration as identity and dissolution of the mother language in the foreign languages. 3- The universal spread of TV transmission call on concerned , quanters and decision makers to shoulder their responsibilities as visual information meaia has the power to penetrate the individual's mind, imagination, perception and senses mone than any other information media. 4- Spacial transmission is abattle liable to development or even reach the stage of crisis as it abuiously reflects the intellectual and psychological conflicts and stresses resulting from the social transformations witnessed by Arab and Islamic countries at this critical period of the history. countries at this critical period of the history.
