The aim of the research is to shed light on the Sujud Al-Sahwi (Sajdah of the forgetfulness) and the related provisions of it. The research used the descriptive analytical method to clarify the definition of Sujud Al-Sahwi in language and terminology, the rule of Sharia in Sajdah of the forgetfulness, the things that initiate for it the Sajdah of forgetfulness, and the rule on both the legality of increasing an obligatory act in the prayer in the wrong place . In addition to increasing the act of many non-basic prayer to the very needless, increasing the act of many non-basic prayer for severe need, increasing the act of the non-basic prayer for its need, increasing the act of the easy of the non-basic prayer for its non-need, the ruling on turning around in the prayer, and looking up to the heaven in the prayer, as well as eating and drinking in the prayer, increasing the legitimate saying in the prayer is misplaced because it is not needed, repeating reading or a legitimate dhikr in the prayer, speaking in obligatory words for the non-need in praying, and blowing, hawk and laughing in the prayer. In addition to lacking of a basic pillar in the prayer inadvertently. Lacking of obligation in the prayer inadvertently, lacking of two or three rak'ahs, and leaving sunnah in the prayer inadvertently, as well as doubting during the prayer and after finish, the position, the number, cleanliness for the prostration of forgetfulness, takbir in the prostration of forgetfulness, the way of the prostration of forgetfulness, the legitimate dhikr of the prostration of forgetfulness. Is there a tashahud after the prostration of forgetfulness , the salutations in the Prayer after the prostration of forgetfulness. The ruling on the prostration of forgetfulness in the case of the prayer who hasn't joined the imam from at the first Rak'a, and how to perform prostrations of forgetfulness regarding the prayer who hasn't joined the imam from the first Rak'a. Besides alerting without the dihkr and reading the Koran, the position of the imam when alerting the Al-Mamums, the condition of Al-Mamums when the imam increases, the prostration of forgetfulness is in the right of one who is plagued by the whispers, and praying the prostration of forgetfulness. The results confirmed that whoever forgets in his prayer should investigate and be sure about his forgetting , then prostrate the prostration of forgetfulness and do not repeat the prayer again.
