تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في " محاولة التعرف على إسهامات الشركات الصناعية الكبرى والمتوسطة والواقعة في بعض مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية (القصيم، جدة، الرياض، الشرقية)، في القيام بأدوار استباقية أو علاجية فيما يتعلق بحماية البيئة الداخلية (مجتمع الشركة) والبيئة الخارجية (المجتمع خارج الشركة) في ضوء المفهوم الدقيق والشامل للمعنى الحالي والسائد في الأدبيات الحديثة لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية" وقد تمت معالجة هذه القضية منهجياً وميدانياً وكان أهم نتائجها مايلي: 1. أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين يرون أن مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية يعني الاهتمام بمكافحة التلوث وعدم الإضرار بالبيئة المحيطة، والتخلص من العوادم بطريقة آمنة وسعي الشركة لتحسين أحوال العاملين من كافة الجوانب، والالتزام بوسائل الأمن والسلامة المهنية. 2. تحدد الدور الرئيسي للشركات الصناعية في حماية البيئة في أنها تعلن وتروج عن منتجاتها بصدق وتحرص على الشفافية والنزاهة والصدق في تعاملاتها مع العملاء، وتوفر وتدون على منتجاتها بيانات واضحة وسليمة للمستهلكين، كما أنها تحرص على تدوين تاريخ إنتاج وانتهاء صلاحية كافة منتجاتها، وأنها تصدر فواتير صحيحة بالمواصفات الحقيقية لمنتجاتها. 3. أن أكثر أبعاد السلامة المهنية والأمن الصناعي اهتماماً من قبل الشركة تتعلق بتوفير راحة للعمال في الفترات المخصصة لذلك، ثم الاهتمام بتوفير الشركة لوسائل وأدوات الحفاظ على سلامة العاملين. 4. أن أكثر الخدمات تضرراً بطبيعة الحال الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة هو عدم توفر نظام صحي لعائلات العمال، تليها أن الشركة تضع شروطاً للاستفادة من الخدمات الصحية وحدود تكلفتها. 5. أكدت نتائج الدراسة على أنه لا يخرج من المصنع مياه ملوثة، وأن النشاط الصناعي للشركة لا يؤدي لخروج إشعاعات ولا تتسرب عوادم تؤثر على العمال والبيئة. 6. اتضح أن الخدمات الاجتماعية والترويجية المقدمة للعمال الأكثر تضرر منها العمال هي على التوالي "عدم وجود نظام للحوافز خاصة في المناسبات الدينية والقومية وعدم اهتمام الشركة بتبادل الزيارات بينها وبين الشركات الأخرى. 7. دور الشركات الصناعية فيما يتعلق بدعم الخدمات والأنشطة أن هذا الدور يتمثل في مساعدة المجتمع في أوقات الكوارث والنكبات، ويرون أن دورها محدود في تقديم الدعم المادي للجمعيات الخيرية.
problem of the study identify the contributions of major industrial companies and medium in some regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (A1 Qassim, Jeddah, Riyadh, Eastern), to do proactive or therapeutic roles regarding the protection of the internal environment (company community) and external environment (community outside company) in the light of precise and comprehensive concept of the current meaning of social responsibility " feuding of the study: 1. the majority of respondents believe that the concept of social responsibility means give more concerning with protecting envier against pollution and get rid of the exhaust in safety way and employee's improve conditions in all aspects, and commitment means security and occupational safety. 2. Identify the key role of industrial companies in the protection of the environment through declaring and promote their products honestly and is keen on transparency, integrity and honesty in dealing with customers, and provide and recorded on their products clear data and sound to consumers, it is also keen to identify the date of production and expiration all its products, and it issued true bills incorrect specifications for their products. 3. That more dimensions of occupational safety and industrial security interest by the company relating to the provision of comfort for workers in the periods allocated to it, then interest in providing the company the means and tools to maintain the safety of the workers. 4. That more services affected the nature of the services offered by the company is the lack of a health system for the workers families, followed by the company set conditions to take advantage of health services and cost limits. 5. The results of the study confirmed that it does not come out of the factory contaminated water, and industrial activity of the company does not lead to exit nor radiation leaking exhaust affect the workers and the environment. 6. It became clear that social and recreational services provided to the workers most affected workers are respectively "the absence of a system of incentives, especially in religious and national occasions and lack of in the company to exchange visits between them and other companies. 7. The role of industrial companies in regarding support of services and activities that this role aims at welling the community in disasters and calamities, employee's believe that a limited role of in providing financial support to charities.
