We now live in the information age revolution It is recognized that each era is called what distinguishes it from other eras the other, there is no dispute or even just no doubt that the most important characteristic of this era is the "information" a force that is owned does not lack anything so- called this era the era of information, permission is not surprised by the conjugation of the word information and informatics in all that surrounds around us from the movement or stillness even conventional wars have become gradually turn into wars Informatics rely on the information rate is very high and this reliance on the information is not new to the wars, but in the new millennium the third became a war based on the information and techniques entirely dependent, like other areas became wars managed by information and technology advanced and developed countries, and this kind of war has achieved great successes and impressive for first world countries where reduced casualties has also developed make a vast difference and the gap is difficult to fill them among the world's first advanced and developing third world countries, including Arab and Islamic countries, so we hear a war of information and technology and the proportion of the rapid developments in this field diversified information wars and numerous forms and genres. From this standpoint researcher in the study of information warfare concept and to what extent does this relate to the concept of reality and levels of information warfare and its divisions and its elements and types and forms in addition to models for its weapons. The study confirmed that the information war spade and various types and forms no longer just science fiction but has become a reality and a pension in many countries of the world, particularly the Arab and Islamic countries including Sudan. نحن نعيش الآن في عصر المعلومات وثورتها ومن المتعارف عليه أن كل عصر يسمى بما يتميز به عن غيره من العصور الأخرى، ولا خلاف أو حتى مجرد شك في أن أهم ما يتميز به هذا العصر هو المعلومات وهي قوة ومن يمتلكها لا ينقصه شيء لذلك سمي هذا العصر بعصر المعلومات، إذن لا نستغرب من اقتران لفظة المعلومات والمعلوماتية بكل ما يحيط من حولنا من حركة أو سكون حتى الحروب التقليدية أصبحت تتحول تدريجياً إلى حروب معلوماتية تعتمد على المعلومات بنسبة عالية جداً وهذا الاعتماد على المعلومات ليس بالأمر الجديد على الحروب، لكن في الألفية الثالثة أصبحت الحروب تعتمد على المعلومات وتقنياتها اعتماداً كلياً كغيرها من المجالات الأخرى فأصبحت الحروب تدار وتشن بواسطة المعلومات وتقنياتها المتطورة والمتقدمة، وهذا النوع من الحروب حقق نجاحات كبيرة وباهرة لدول العالم الأول حيث قللت الخسائر البشرية كما وضعت فارقاً شاسعاً وفجوة يصعب سدها بين دول العالم الأول المتقدمة ودول العالم الثالث النامية ومن ضمنها الدول العربية والإسلامية، لذلك أصبحنا نسمع بحرب المعلومات وتقنياتها، ونسبة للتطورات المتسارعة في هذا المجال تنوعت الحروب المعلوماتية وتعددت أشكالها وأساليبها. من هذا المنطلق تناول الباحث في دراسته مفهوم حرب المعلومات وإلى أي مدى يرتبط هذا المفهوم بالواقع ومستويات حرب المعلومات وأقسامها وعناصرها وأنواعها وأشكالها إضافة إلى نماذج لأسلحتها. أكدت الدراسة على أن حرب المعلومات بمسمياتها وأنواعها وأشكالها المختلفة لم تعد مجرد خيال علمي بل أصبحت واقعاً ملموساً ومعاشاً في كثير من دول العالم ولاسيما الدول العربية الإسلامية التي من ضمنها السودان. ونستشف من ذلك حتمية إجراء العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث في هذا المجال لنفهم ماهية حرب المعلومات وكيف نحمي أنفسنا وبلادنا من شرورها.
