The article aims at shedding light on the region's issues and its complex relations with the United States. The article discussed the problems and crises that are happening in the region and their impact on the regional environment, and the readiness of the Arab societies to receive the changes that resulted from the outbreak of the revolutions and the popular movement. The article focused on the American role in shaping the present and future picture of the region. The article also focused on the dimensions of the US policy, in addition to discussing the goal behind shifting the US attention to the Asian axis. The article also addressed the contradiction of the American policy standards with the policy of developments in the Ukrainian arena. The article touched on the development of the Egyptian file and its complex relations with the United States, and the developments in Iran, Syria and Egypt, and considerations of ending the suspension of military aid. The article also highlighted the concerns of the US military about Egypt's approach to the Federal Russia and the factors of American movement in the region. The results of the article indicated that the United States has begun to adapt to the idea that it is no longer able to influence or even predict the events in the region, either because it realizes that the Arab revolutions have weakened their influence and liberated the will of their countries, or because the United States prefers to let the regional conflicts play its part in dismantling the region and confusing the internal situation of its countries. In any case, the point is that it will not leave the area, but may revise its policies and rearrange its obligations in accordance with developments in its area.
