هدف البحث إلى دراسة التحديات الجديدة في عصر الاتصالات الحديثة. وتناول البحث ثورة الاتصالات الحديثة، ومشكلة الاختلال الإخباري. وناقش البحث التحديات التي تواجه الدول العربية وسبل الحد من خطورتها ومنها الآفاق المرتقبة لتطور وسائل الإعلام عالمياً وأثر هذا التطور في الحياة الإنسانية، ومخاطر الاندفاع في الثورة الإعلامية للدول النامية. كما ناقش البحث مخاطر الثورة الإعلامية، وتوجيه السياسات الإعلامية. وتطرق البحث إلى التكامل الإعلامي على المستويين الوطني والقومي، وضعف المناهج الإعلامية العربية. وخلص البحث إلى ضرورة التركيز بشكل مكثف على خطورة صناعة الاتصالات والحاسبات وتطبيقاتهما على البناء الاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي لجميع دول العالم، وذلك لكونها تمثل عصب الحياة العصرية. كما خلص البحث إلى أن الدول التي ستسيطر على قطاع الاتصالات والحاسبات هي التي سيكون تأثيرها بالغاً على السياسات الاقتصادية في العالم. كما أشار البحث إلى أن التمعن في مجمل التحديات التي تواجه الهيئات التلفزيونية يكشف عن أن أغلب تلك التحديات ناجم عن انفراد كل هيئة تلفزيونية عربية بأوجه نشاطها دون تنسيق أو تكامل أو تعاون كاف مع الهيئات العربية الأخرى. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to shed light on the new challenges in the era of the modern communication. The research dealt with the revolution of the modern communication and the problem of the news imbalance. The research discussed the challenges faced by the Arab countries and the ways to reduce their seriousness, including the prospects for the development of the media globally, the impact of this development on the human life and the dangers of rushing in the media revolution in the developing countries. Moreover, the research discussed the dangers of the media revolution and the direction of the media policies. The research addressed the national and local media integration and the weak Arab media curricula. The research concluded with addressing the need to focus intensively on the seriousness of the communications industry, computers and their applications on the economic, political and social construction of all countries of the world, because they represent the essence of modern life. The study also reached that the countries that will control the telecommunications sector and computers will have a major impact on the economic policies in the world.
