تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد دور إدارة المعرفة كمدخل في الفكر الإداري المعاصر في تطوير الإشراف التربوي، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي في الإجابة عن أسئلتها، ولتاصيل المفاهيم المتصلة بموضوع إدارة المعرفة وعلاقته بالإشراف التربوي تلجا الاطلاع على المصادر والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت اتجاهات في الفكر الإداري المعاصر، ثم دراسة آليات توظيف إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها في الإشراف التربوي. ومن أهم الأفكار والمقترحات الإجرائية التي أوصت بها الدراسة: 1- تعميق الوعي بالأسس النظرية لادارة المعرفة، بتحديد فكرتها ومنطلقاتها وأهدافها ومبرراتها ومدى الحاجة إليها، لدى القائمين على التطبيق فهما وفكرا وممارسة. 2- تركيز جهود الإدارات العامة للاشراف التربوي، كجهة تشرف مباشرة على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بمراكز الإشراف التربوي، والتوسع في الاطلاع والإفادة من تجارب الدول الأخرى المتعلقة بتطبيق أنظمة إدارة المعرفة، بغرض تطوير تطبيقها وتحسين ركائزها وعملياتها ومخرجاتها.. 3- تدريب الشرفين التربويين على يد مدربين متخصصين وذوي كفاءات عالية
The study aims to monitor the relationship of knowledge management as an entry point in the modem administrative thought in development of educational supervision. The study used a descriptive approach in answering questions to consolidate the concepts related to the subject of knowledge management and its relationship to oversee the educational resort to the most recent literature in this area. To consolidate the concepts related to the subject of knowledge management and its relationship to oversee the educational resort to the most recent literature in this area, Then study the mechanisms of recruitment management and application of knowledge in educational supervision .One of the main ideas and motions recommended by the study: 1- Deepening the awareness of the theoretical principles of knowledge management, by identifying its idea, concepts aims, rationales and our extent need of it for those who are responsible for it with . understanding thinking and practice. 2- focusing the efforts of the General directorates for Educational Supervision, as an administrations that directly supervises the implementation of knowledge management in the educational supervision centers with having an idea and benefit experiences of other countries relevant to employing the systems knowledge management, with the purpose of developing and bettering its operations and inputs. 3- Training the educational supervisors by professional and highly qualified trainers.
