هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فن التقرير الصحفي في المواقع الإخبارية الإلكترونية الفلسطينية، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن أسس كتابته، ومدى مطابقتها للأسس الفنية والعلمية، وكذلك التعرف على مدى استفادتها من إمكانيات النشر الإلكتروني. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مواقع الدراسة لا تولى فن التقرير الصحفي اهتماما واضحا ومتوازنا حيث اهتمت بالتقرير الإخباري، في المرتبة الأولى وبنسبة بلغت 74.05%، وجاءت التقارير السياسية أيضا في سلم اهتماماتها وبنسبة 37.4%، وكانت ذات التغطية الجغرافية المحلية بنسبة 74%. وفيما يتعلق بأسس كتابة التقرير كشفت النتائج عن وجود خلط في أسس كتابته، فمواقع الدراسة تلتزم إلى حد ما بقالب الهرم المعتدل، وتختلف بشكل عام في درجة الاهتمام به، فتهتم بمقدمة وجسم التقرير في المرتبة الأولى وبنسبة 35.5%، لكل منهما، على حساب الخاتمة التي بلغت نسبتها 29%، كما بينت النتائج ضعف استفادة المواقع الإلكترونية المدروسة من الإمكانيات التي تتيحها شبكة الانترنت والنشر الإلكتروني.
This study aims at knowing the art of report writing applied for Palestinian news websites, by exploring the basics of its writing and the level of its equivalence to the scientific and technical basics in addition to knowing the level of benefits it received from electronic publication equipments. This study has found out that websites do not pay balanced and evident attention to the art of report writing and that they primarily pay attention to news reports that occupy about 74.05%, of all that has been published, while political reports occupy a total percentage of 37.4%, moreover reports that have covered regional issues get approximately 74%. Regarding the basics of writing, the results showed that there is a confusion amongst the basics of report writing, because the websites which have been investigated are committed to some extent to pyramid-style, and they differ generally in the level of interest to build this shape. They pay attention to the introduction and the body of the feature firstly, of 35.5%, for each, at the expense of the conclusion which received 29%. The study has also found out that the investigated websites have not really benefited from the privileges available on Internet networks and Electronic publications.
