استهدف التقرير الحالي تقديم ندوة علمية دولية بعنوان أشكال البناء الديموقراطي في الدول العربية في زمن التحولات. حيث تناول أصول الاستبداد وشروط الانتقال الديمقراطي والدستور والبناء الديمقراطي في المراحل الانتقالية. بالإضافة إلى الأسس الهشة للديمقراطية العربية وأسباب أزمة الديمقراطية العربية وتحديات المرحلة الانتقالية. وأيضاً واقع وآفاق الدمقرطة في زمن التغيرات والتحديث السياسي في البناء الديمقراطي.واشكالية أي ديمقراطية بعد الربيع العربي. والتحديث السياسي في البناء الديمقراطي ومحددات الموقف التركي من التحول العربي والتصورات القيمية في البناء الديمقراطي. واختتم التقرير بأن حاولت الندوة مقاربة موضوع البناء الديمقراطي في البلدان العربية في زمن التحولات، ووقفت على كل الإشكالات المناقشة من طرف المشاركين أو الحضور المتتبع. وأوصى التقرير بضرورة التفكير الجدي في النموذج الديمقراطي المناسب للبلدان العربية والمساعد على الخروج من المرحلة الانتقالية التي يجب التعامل معها بحذر كبير بغية الحفاظ على مكتسبات الثورات والموجات الاحتجاجية. والحاجة إلى فهم الديمقراطية الانتقالية وجعلها جسرا وليس عائقا نحو تحقيق الديمقراطية وبخاصة مع قوة وأنية المؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The present report aimed at presenting an international scientific symposium on the forms of democratic building in the Arab countries in the era of transformations. Where it dealt with the origins of tyranny, the conditions of democratic transition, the Constitution and the democratic building in the transitional stages. In addition to the fragile foundations of the Arab democracy and the causes of the Arab democratic crisis and the challenges of the transitional period. Furthermore, the reality and prospects of democratization in the time of change and political modernization in democratic construction. The problem of any democracy after the Arab Spring and the political modernization of democratic construction and the determinants of the Turkish attitude on the Arab transformation and value perceptions in democratic building. The report concluded that the seminar tried to approach the subject of democratic building in the Arab countries in the era of transformations, and addressed all the problems discussed by the participants or the follower presence. The report recommended the need to; seriously, consider an appropriate democratic model for the Arab countries and leading to get out of the transitional phase, which must be handled with great caution in order to preserve the gains of the revolutions and waves of protest. Moreover, the need to understand and make transitional democracy a bridge rather than an impediment to democratization, especially with the power and instantaneous of internal and external influences.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
