المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع المدرسة في قطاع غزة. فسعت إلى استكشاف واقع المدرسة في محاولة للتعرف على الصورة الأشمل لواقع العملية التعليمية في القطاع خلال السنوات الأخيرة. وقدمت الدراسة قراءة لوضع التعليم في قطاع غزة بما يفيد في وضع مقترحات لتطوير العملية التعليمية وبما يخدم مكانة التعليم ورسالته في المجتمع. وتناولت الدراسة عالم الفصل الدراسي وما به عناصر كالمعلم والطالب، والمنهج. واستعرضت بعض أطراف العملية التعليمية ومنها، المكتبات، وغرف الحاسوب، ومختبر العلوم. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج ومنها، يعد عالم المدرسة عالم ثري نتيجة التفاعلات الموجودة بداخله بين المعلمين والطلبة والمدير والموجهين وواضعي السياسات التربوية، وأن الطالب يرى بأن تحديد مسار علاقاته مع المعلم يقوم على مدى مقدرة المعلم على احترام الطالب، ومعاملته بإنسانية، ومقدرته على جعل الدرس ممتعًا. كما قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات ومنها، توفير دورات تدريبية ضمن رؤية شاملة لتطوير فاعلية المعلم على القيام بدوره، وأن تسعى العملية التعليمة إلى التركيز على فكرة الإبداع في تعليم الطلاب، وتطوير قدراتهم العقلية مما يحقق للعملية التعليمية أهدافها.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the school in the Gaza Strip. The study sought to explore the reality of the school in an attempt to identify the most comprehensive picture of the reality of the educational process in the sector in recent years. The study provided a reading of the status of education in the Gaza Strip, which is useful in developing proposals to develop the educational process and in order to serve the status of education and its message in the society. The study dealt with the classroom world and its elements such as teacher and student, and the curriculum. The study also reviewed some of the parties to the educational process, including libraries, computer rooms, and science lab. The study concluded by some results including that the world of the school is a rich world due to the interactions within it among teachers, students, director, mentors and educational policy makers. In addition, the student believes that determining the way of his relationship with the teacher is based on the teacher's ability to respect the student, treating him humanely, and his ability to make the lesson fun. The study also provided several recommendations, including providing training courses within a comprehensive vision to develop the teacher's effectiveness in carrying out his role. Also, the educational process should aim to focus on the idea of creativity in teaching students and developing their mental abilities, thus achieving the objectives of the educational process and its aims..
