Not the emergence and spread of Arabic news channels beginning of the nineties just an important development in the field of media. But it is a great historic shift in all Arab politics because of the role played by these channels invarious political aspects , both in the concept of state sovereignty or public opinion trends within it . These channels have been able to play the role of political parties in the consolidation of democratic systems actors among the masses and in the flow of news and views and analysis on many of the issues freely. Thus , Arabic news channels is a new experience in the practice of freedom of expression , where the spread of news channels space in the Arab world widely controversy about the nature of the role played by these channels among the masses and what it represents a real way to provide the opinion and the other opinion freely . As well as in the way the selection of topics and style news submission and values that govern the selection process . What distinguishes these channels that the Arab public was able to get a large amount of information and news through these channels and therefore allowed him the opportunity to express their views and discuss opinion and topics that exposure on these channels freely . |
