المستخلص: استهدف البحث مناقشة موضوع بعنوان حُسن العشرة وتعدد الزوجات. واعتمد منهج البحث على تصوير المسألة المراد بحثها قبل بيان حكمها ليتضح المراد من دراستها، كما اعتمد على المذاهب الفقهية الأربعة، وتخريج الأحاديث. واهتم البحث بتوضيح أهمية النكاح في بناء الأسرة والمجتمع، فهو الرابطة الشرعية التي تربط بين الرجل والمرأة، ونظرا لما للنكاح من مكانة مهمة في النظام الاجتماعي تولى الشارع رعايته وتنظيمه بدقة وتفصيل، حيث فصّل قواعده وحدد أحكامه منذ بدايته. وارتكز البحث على مبحثين، حيث ناقش المبحث الأول العشرة بالمعروف بين الزوجين وتضمن، تعريف العشرة والمعروف لغة واصطلاحاً، وحُكم حُسن العشرة بين الزوجين، وأدلة حُسن العشرة بالمعروف بين الزوجين. وتناول المبحث الثاني تعدد الزوجات وتضمن، تعريف التعدد لغة واصطلاحاً، ومشروعية التعدد، وأخيرا شروط التعدد. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى إن العشرة بالمعروف تأدية كل من الزوجين للآخر حقوقه، وأداء واجباته، والإحسان للآخر قولاً، وفعلاً، وخلقاً، وهيئة، وتصنعاً. كما أكدت النتائج على أن الإسلام شرّع للرجل الحر الزواج بأكثر من واحدة، وأن لا يزيد على الأربع. كما أوضحت النتائج إجماع العلماء على إباحة تعدد الزوجات، وذلك لحِكم عظيمة. كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه يُشترط لإباحة التعدد شرطان: القدرة على العدل بين الزوجات، والقدرة على القيام بالكلف المترتبة عليه.

The aim of the research was to discuss the topic of conviviality and polygamy. The method of the research was based on investigating the issue under scrutiny before stating its judgment, so as to clarify what is meant by studying it. It also used the four schools of jurisprudence and the documentation of Hadiths. The research focused on explaining the importance of marriage in building family and society. It is the legal bond that binds men and women. In that sense, because of the important role of marriage in the social system, the legislator took care of it and organized it in detail and precision, as he set its rule and determined its judgments since its inception. The research was based on two topics. The first topic discussed the kind marital association between the spouses and included the definition of companionship in language and terminology; the judgment of conviviality in a fair manner between the spouses; and its evidences. The second topic dealt with polygamy, including the definition of polygamy in language and terminology, and its lawfulness, and finally its conditions. The results of the research concluded that the kind conviviality between the married is represented in giving each other rights, carrying out one's duties, and being kind with words, actions, and ethics, externally and even in a pretentious manner. The results also confirmed that Islam permitted for free men to marry more than one woman, but not more than four. Moreover, the results revealed the consensus of the scholars on the permissibility of polygamy, for a glorified wisdom. The results of the research also found that the permissibility of polygamy requires two conditions: the ability to be just in treating wives and the ability to assume the responsibilities involved.
