La ville ancienne au Maroc a une grande importance dans le domaine urbaine et social. Elle a connu dans au cours des dernières décennies des transformations qui ont une grande influence. Ainsi, que la médina de Tétouan a connu aussi ces transformations, celles-ci engendrent des profonds décalages dans ce patrimoine urbain et architectural qui prend une place international selon l’organisation UNESCO. C’est pour cela les parties responsables font des grands efforts pour conserver ce patrimoine qui connait une dégradation continue. Ce patrimoine joue un rôle très important dans le développement économique de la ville, en plus il représente l’identité culturelle et historique. تمثل المدن العتيقة في المغرب أهمية كبيرة ضمن النسيج الحضري والمجتمعي. وقد عرفت في العقود الأخيرة تحولات عدة كان لها تأثير كبير وواضح مجاليا ووظائفيا. والمدينة العتيقة لتطوان لم تسلم من هذه التحولات التي أسهمت فيها مجموعة من العوامل، وهو ما أدى إلى وجود اختلالات عميقة بهذا التراث الحضري والمعماري الذي صُنِّف كتراث إنساني من قبل منظمة اليونسكو، الأمر الذي استدعى تكثيف الجهود، من مختلف الجهات المسؤولة، للمحافظة على هذا التراث الذي يتعرض للضغط المستمر، باعتباره القلب النابض للمدينة. هذا إلى جانب اعتباره أحد أهم المـؤهلات الـسياحية بالمدينـة مـن شـأنه أن يرفـع عجلـة التنمية الاقتصادية بها، بالإضـافة إلى الحفاظ على الهويـة التاريخية والثقافية المتجسدة في هذا الموروث الحضري. Ancient cities are of a paramount importance in the social as well as urban domain in Morocco. In recent decades, those cities have seen great transformations that have had an effect on both territory and function. The ancient city in Tetouan is no exception to this case. Many factors are involved in the transformation that Tetouan has seen. This resulted in a profound unbalance in the urban and architectural of Tetouan’s patrimony. The latter was classified as a universal heritage by UNESCO. Those incessant transformations, Tetouan has seen, demand the cooperation of different parties so as to safeguard the patrimony of this city from any potential threat. Additionally, the urban and architectural patrimony of Tetouan is regarded as a major source to promote tourism and speed up economical development. It is also an important tool to preserve the cultural and historical identity of Tetouan as a whole |
