إنَّ مسألة الإجهاض دارت حولها ندوات ومؤتمرات بل وحتى مظاهرات منها المؤيدة ومنها المعارضة، وكل له نواياه وحججه التي يتخذ منها جاهداً الذريعة المناسبة لإباحة هذه الجريمة النكراء التي لا يقرها شرع ولا دين ولا مذهب ولا أخلاق. فبالنظر إلى مقاصد الشارع الحكيم في التشريع، وأعلاها الضرورات التي روعيت في كل ملة، واتفقت عليها شرائع السماء، ولا تقوم مصلحة الدين والدنيا إلا بها، لذا فإن من آكد الفروض والواجبات، معرفة شرع الله الحكيم، والتفقه فيما نزل من مسائل ونوازل، حتى يظهر حكم الله في كل واقعة، ويكون الناس علي هدىً وبصيرة من دين الله، لهذا سوف تبين هذه الورقة مفهوم الإجهاض من الناحية اللغوية والطبية والقانونية والفقهية ومن ثم نستنتج تعريفاً يكون مناسباً لما نحن بصدده في محاولة لاستيعاب كل ماله علاقة بحماية حق الجنين في الحياة وعدم التعرض له، هذا من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى، فتسعى هذه الورقة إلى بيان أنواع الإجهاض والأسباب الدافعة والكامنة وراءه مبيناً الأضرار التي يمكن أن تصيب الأم، وهو ما نحاول أن نبينه في هذه الورقة (مفهوم الإجهاض وبيان أنواعه وأسبابه ومخاطره) باعتباره من أهم المسائل التي يحتاج الناس لفهمها، ومما عمت به البلوي، ومما يتعلق بالمحافظة على بعض الضروريات كالنفس والنسل.

In other hand, the variety of abortion and the reasons driving behind this crime, noting the damage that can be infect the mother will be equally trashed out in this research. This work aims at discourse of the causes of abortion, its implications, risks and the problems that surround the case with the belief that all these areas will entice the readers most and probably, it may contribute to the knowledge as one of the most important issues that people need to be sensitized with and understand and which have caused widespread of predicaments all along. In view of this and in addressing this issue, two major objectives of Islamic Law should be considered and protected concerning abortion; human soul (i. e. fetus) and genealogy.
