يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر البرنامج التدريبي المستند إلى نظرية (TRIZ) على حل المشكلات ابداعيا لدى مدرسي الرياضيات، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مدرسي الرياضيات للثانويات الحكومية في مركز محافظة النجف الأشرف وممن لديهم خبرة في التدريس (ثلاث سنوات) على الأقل، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (23) مدرسا ومدرسة تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من مجتمع البحث، وتم إعداد البرنامج التدريبي في ضوء المراحل الثلاث (التخطيط، والتنفيذ، والتقويم) بعد الاطلاع على الأدبيات والخلفية النظرية لبناء البرامج التدريبية، وتضمن في مجمله (16) جلسة تدريبية شملت كل جلسة مجموعة من المشكلات الرياضية التي حلت وفقا لمنهجية نظرية (TRIZ) وبعض من مبادئها الإبداعية، أعد الباحثان أداتي البحث (الاختباران القبلي والبعدي) وتحققا من صدق وثبات كل منها، وقد طبق البرنامج في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2011/ 2012، وتم استخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ واختبار (t) لعينتين مترابطتين كوسائل إحصائية. وبعد حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لدرجات المتدربين على الاختبارين أظهرت النتائج فرقا ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α) لصالح الاختبار البعدي، وهذا مؤشر على وجود تأثير للبرنامج التدريبي المستند إلى نظرية (TRIZ) في حل المشكلات إبداعيا لدى المدرسين، وفي ضوء النتيجة استنتج الباحثان إن توظيف منهجية (TRIZ) في تدريس الرياضيات أمرا ممكنا. \
The present research aimed at knowing the effect of a particular training program based on the famous theory named TRIZ for the teachers of mathematics in solving the problems in a creative way, The research community included all the math teachers of the preparatory schools in the General Directory of Education in Najaf Governorate by adopting random sampling (23) teachers of mathematics (males and females) who have at least three-year teaching experience. The researchers arranged the program in the light of the three phases (planning, implementation, evaluation) after reviewing the literature and theoretical background for the construction of the training programs, and included in its entirety (16) training session, each session included a set of math problems that befell according to the(TRIZ) theory methodology, and some of it creative principles. The researchers also designed the pre-test and post-test to solve the problems creatively, and verification of the validity and reliability of each. The program was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2011/2012, and continued implementation of the program (three weeks), were used Alpha Cronbach coefficient and (t) test for the two samples as a means of interrelated statistical And after calculating the averages and standard deviations for the scores of trainees on the tests results showed a difference statistically significant at the level of significance (a= 0,05) for the post test, and this is a sign of the impact of the training program based on the (TRIZ) theory to solve problems creatively with teachers, in light of the results the researchers concluded that the recruitment methodology (TRIZ) in the teaching of mathematics is possible. \
