The subject of human power is of prime importance in the population policies of world states as it has a close connection to their political force and their economic, social, and architectural development. Almost all conferences held on the local, regional ,or international level make mention of human power and their roles in development plans and means. The present study aims at following up and evaluating the human power and foreign employment according to 1993 census with reference to that of 2001. The study has shown that Oman occupies the third place in population size after Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates . Also it has indicated that Oman mainly relies on foreign employment in spite of the rising population of Omani citizens up to 75% of the total population .Further, it has revealed diversity in Omani and Non - Omani manpower in the economical activities characterized by the rising of illiteracy and semi-illiteracy which are clear in the Omani manpower.
