هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس العلاقة بين المعلمة وطفل ما قبل المدرسة (STRS في البيئة السعودية، الذي يتكون من (28) فقرة تقيس ثلاثة اختبارات فرعية هي: (الصراع، الحميمية، الإتكالية) حيث تمت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال بمدينة جدة تكونت من (90) معلمة، حيث قامت كل معلمة بالاستجابة على المقياس بتقدير علاقتها مع ثلاثة أطفال من ذكور وثلاثة طفلات من الإناث بالفصل بشكل عشوائي، وبالتالي بلغد عدد الأطفال ككل (540) طفلا وطفلة شكلوا العينة المعيارية للمقياس وكان (270) من الذكور و(270) من الإناث. \\ وتحقق لأبعاد المقياس الثلاثة مؤشرات ثبات لمفهوم الاستقرار فقد بلغ للبعد الأول (الصراع) 0.95 وللبعد الثاني (الحميمية) 0.94 وللثالث (الإتكالية) 0.92 وللمقياس ككل (0.96)، وتحققت مؤشرات ثبات الاتساق الداخلي بطريقة كرونباخ ألفا حيث بلغت قيمة ألفا للمقياس ككل وللعينة الكلية (0.94) ولعلاقة الصراع (0.94) ولعلاقة الحميمية (0.93) والإتكالية (0.959 وتعتبر هذه القيم عالية تدل على توافر الثبات بطريقة التجانس الداخلي. وكذلك بلغت قيمة الثبات لعينة الذكور (0.93) وتراوحت للأبعاد (9.83- 0.91) وبلغت بعينة الإناث (0.97) وتراوحت الأبعاد من (09.94- 0.97). وجميع هذه القيم تدل توفر دلالات مؤشر الثبات للمقياس. وكذلك توافرت قيم الثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية للعبارات بطريقة معادلة سبيرمان وبراون باستثناء قيم الثبات ببعد الإتكالية بينما بلغت قيمة الثبات للمقياس ككل وللعينة الكلية (0.84) ولعلاقة الصراع (0.84) ولعلاقة الحميمية (0.93) والإتكالية (0.57). وكذلك بلغت قيمة الثبات لعينة الذكور (0.82) وتراوحت للأبعاد (0.51- 0.86) وبلغت بعينة الإناث (0.84) وتراوحت للأبعاد من (0.56-0.86) وبلغت بعينة الإناث (0.84) وتراوحت للأبعاد من (0.56- 0.89). تدل على توفر الثبات للمقياس. كما تم التأكد من الصدق العاملي للمقياس حيث أظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي إلى تشبع الفقرات بشكل مقبول على مجالات المقياس الفرعية، وهذا يوافق الدراسة الأصلية لبيئتنا، حيث فسر المقياس ما نسبته (72.694%) من مجمل التباين الكلي كما تشير نسبة الجذر الكامن للعامل الأول قبل التدوير والتي بلغت (10.186) بالمقارنة مع الجذر الكامن للعامل الثاني والبالغ (7.182) إلى ترجيح وجود أحادية البعد، وبالتالي إمكانية حساب درجة كلية للمقياس. وبلغت قيمة الجذر الكامن للعامل الأول (الصراع) (10.186) وقد فسر ما نسبته (32.012%) من التباين الكلي، وبلغت قيمة الجذر الكامن للعامل الثاني قبل التدوير (7.182) وقد فسر ما نسبته (29.741) وللعامل الثالث (2.986) وقد فسر ما نسبته (10.941). بالإضافة إلى توافر صدق الاتساق الداخلي للعبارات. \\
This study aimed to identify the characteristics of psychometric scale relationship between the teacher and the preschool child (STRS in the Saudi environment, The scale consists of three parts; the first contains of (12) items Measures the degree to which a teacher perceives his or her relationship with a particular student as negative and conflictual, The second part consists of (11) items Measures the degree to which a teacher experiences Closeness with student, The third part consists of five items Measures the degree to which a teacher perceives a particular student as overly dependent on him /her, It has been conducted on random sample consist of (90) Teachers , where the each Teacher response on the scale appreciated its relationship with three children of male and three female children of female segregation randomly, and thus the number of children as a whole (540) boys and girls . \\ Reliability of the scale was computed by methods: Test- Re test and Internal Consistency; they for the first method were (0.92, 0 94, 0.95 ) for the three domains of the scale and for total scale (0.96) and for the second were (0.77-0.98) for the three domains of the scale, and for total scale 0.95 These values are high indicate the availability of Persistence internal homogeneity way. As well as the value of consistency for male sample (0.93) and ranged dimensions (0.83-0.91) and hit a female sample (0 97) and ranged dimensions of (0.94-0.97).
