هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بيان مدي اهتمام مجلة المعلم بقضايا المعلمين في الفترة من 1992الي 2009 بدولة الكويت. حيث تناولت قضية كادر المعلمين وقضية تأنيث المرحلة الابتدائية والنظام الثانوي الموحد والاعتداء على المعلمين وإطالة الدوام المدرسي والمعلم الوافد. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوضعي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 100 معلما من العاملين في مجلة المعلم وإدارة المدارس ورؤساء الأقسام. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إعداد استمارة لتحليل المضمون للمقالات والأخبار والتحقيقات الصحفية واستبانة مقننة اشتملت على ثلاثة محاور.واشارت النتائج إلي وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين وصفحة النشر. ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين والقالب الصحفي التي عولجت به في مجلة المعلم. ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين واستخدام الصورة الصحفية. ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا وتكراراتها كما عكستها مجلة المعلم. ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين واهتمام مجلة المعلم بها قياسا على الموضوعات الأخرى. وعدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين ومساحة الموضوع في مجلة المعلم. ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين قضايا المعلمين ومصادرها كما عكستها مجلة المعلم. ووجود فروق جوهرية في متابعة عينة الدراسة لقضايا المعلمين في مجلة المعلم. ووجود فروق جوهرية في طبيعة الآراء الغالبة علي تناول مجلة المعلم لقضايا المعلمين. ووجود فروق جوهرية حول الراي العام في توجيه مجلة المعلم لقضايا المعلمين. ووجود فروق جوهرية في نسبة اهتمام مجلة المعلم بقضية كادر المعلمين. ووجود فروق جوهرية في نسبة اهتمام مجلة المعلم بقضايا تأنيث المرحلة الابتدائية وقضية النظام الثانوي الواحد والمعلم الوافد وإطالة الدوام والاعتداء علي المعلم.بالاضافة إلى وجود فروق جوهرية في نسبة مشاركة مجلة المعلم مع جهات أخري في معالجة قضايا المعلمين ووجود فروق جوهرية في نسبة مشاركة الجهات الأخرى مع مجلة المعلم في معالجة قضايا المعلمين كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The present study aimed at showing the interest of the teacher magazine in the issues of teachers from 1992 to 2009 in Kuwait. It dealt with the issue of teachers' cadre, the issue of feminization of the primary stage, the unified secondary system, the assault on teachers and the extension of school attendance and the incoming teacher. The study used the analytical and the historical approach. The sample of the study consisted of 100 teachers working in the teacher magazine, the school administration and the heads of departments. The study tools consisted of preparing a content analysis form for the articles, the news, the features and a structured questionnaire that included three axes. The results indicated a statistically significant relationship between the teachers' issues and the publication page. There is a statistically significant relationship between the teachers' issues and the newspaper format through which the issues was addressed. In addition , there is a statistically significant relationship between the teachers' issues and the use of the newspaper format. Moreover, there is statistically significant relationship between the issues and their repetitions as reflected in the teacher magazine. Also, there is statistically significant relationship between the issues of teachers and the interest of these issues in the teacher magazine compared to other subjects. There is no statistically significant relationship between the teacher issues and subject interest in the teacher magazine, and a statistically significant relationship between the teachers' issues and their sources as reflected in the teacher's magazine, and the presence of significant differences in the follow-up sample study of the issues of teachers in the teacher magazine. There are fundamental differences in the nature of the dominant views on the teacher magazine dealing with the issues of teachers, and the presence of substantial differences of the public opinion in directing the teacher magazine to the teachers' issues, and there are significant differences in the interest of the teacher magazine on the issue of the teachers cadre, and the presence of the significant differences in the extent of interest of the teacher magazine in the feminization issues of the primary stage and the issue of the unified secondary system and the incoming teacher and the prolongation of time and the assault on the teacher. In addition to the presence of significant differences in the proportion of the participation of the teacher magazine with other parties in addressing the issues of teachers and the presence of significant differences in the proportion of other parties participating with the teacher magazine in addressing the issues of the teachers.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
