المستخلص: The Comprehensive Peace Agreement, also known as the Naivasha Agreement, is considered as one of the most important agreements concluded in the modern history of Sudan, on the basis of which the .foundations of a new Sudan are laid after the agreement. Such foundations on which Sudan relies as a state and political organs include a number of major changes in: political, economic and social aspects, that correlate together to form a huge political transformation in the .form and structure of the Political System and the State. The main purpose of this study is an attempt to analyze and interpret ,these major political changes in Sudan that followed Naivasha Agreement and for this purpose the analysis is divided into two sections: the first of which is about the pre- secession period and the second discusses the after secession period, both briefly, attempting to get a clear vision of the agreement and the political transformations that have followed it and their .ability to rebuild Sudan
