يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة التغيرات الجسمية والانفعالية والعقلية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي يجب على الآباء والمربين تفهمها حتى يعرفوا حقيقة المراهقة، وإلى معرفة الجو العائلي الأسري الذي تسوده روح المحبة والتفاهم والتعاون من جميع الأفراد يعطي المراهق شعوراً بالأمن، والثقة بالنفس، وتحميه من القلق، ويغرس في نفسه الإحساس بالانتماء إلى الأسرة. كما يهدف إلى معرفة أن الثقافة الجنسية للمراهق موضوع مهم لتكوين اتجاهات سليمة نحو النمو الجنسي والتكاثر، والحياة الأسرية تتماشى مع العلاقة الإنسانية السليمة والتعاليم الدينية. وأيضاً يهدف إلى معرفة أن العناية بالتربية الدينية للأبناء منذ الصغر تقوى عندهم القدرة على تمييز الصواب والخطأ ومخافة الله. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المستند على التحليل. وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1. إن المراهق تحدث له تغيرات جسمية وانفعالية وعقلية ونفسية واجتماعية. يجب على الآباء والمربين تفهمها حتى يعرفوا حقيقة المراهقة. 2. جهل الوالدين لطبيعة المرحلة التي يمر بها أبناؤهم ونتاج ذلك يتعامل الأبناء معاملة شاذة منها: القسوة، والعنف، والتزمت وعدم تقدير المشاعر فيتولد لدى المراهق الإحساس بالظلم، وفقد الثقة بنفسه ومن حوله. 3. الإقلاع ما أمكن عن التدخل في أعمال الأبناء وتصرفاتهم حتى لا يشعرون باليأس وبكابوس الكبار فيلجئون إلى العناد والتزمت. 4. الجو العائلي الأسري الذي تسوده روح المحبة والتفاهم والتعاون من جميع الأفراد يعطي المراهق شعوراً بالأمن والثقة بالنفس وتحميه من القلق ويغرس في نفسه الإحساس بالانتماء إلى الأسرة. 5. الثقافة الجنسية للمراهق موضوع مهم لتكوين اتجاهات سليمة نحو النمو الجنسي والتكاثر والحياة الأسرية تتماشى مع العلاقة الإنسانية السليمة والتعاليم الدينية. 6. العناية بالتربية الدينية للأبناء منذ الصغر فذلك تقوي عندهم القدرة على تمييز الصواب والخطأ ومخافة الله. وقد قدم الباحث عدة توصيات ومقترحات أجملها ولخصها: 1. وضع مناهج تربوية للآباء والمربيين توضح أثر التغيرات الجسمية والنفسية والعقلية والاجتماعية على المراهق. 2. إقامة مبدأ للحوار والصراحة بشكل عام بين الأهل والمراهقين، لأن ذلك يدفعهم باستمرار للصراحة والتعبير عن مشاكلهم مما يجعل العلاقة بين الأبناء والآباء أكثر حميمية. 3. على الآباء والمربيين إتباع أساليب تربوية تتماشى مع حاجات المراهقين ومرحلتهم. 4. إقامة مناخ حواري هادئ مفعم بالمحبة يساعد للوصول إلى الفهم الصحيح لأبعاد الجنس، والوصول إلى النضج الجنسي. 5. الحرص على تثقيف الوالدين بأهمية الثقافة الجنسية التي تخص السن المطابقة لسن الفتى أو الفتاة بحيث تكون معاملته أكثر واقعية ومنطقية وصراحة. 6. الاهتمام بالجانب الروحي كحكمة الله سبحانه وتعالى بخلقه ورحمته في الإعداد المتدرج للإنسان لتحمل المسؤولية وعظمته في حفظ النوع والنسل. \
