|a الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو ثلاثة محاور: أولا, تحليل تأثير الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية على الإنتاجية متعددة العوامل في قطاع الصناعات التجميعية للأجهزة المنزلية في مصر, ثانيا: تحديد المتغيرات الأساسية التي تؤثر على اختيار الموردين, وأخيرا: تحديد معوقات الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية من أجل التغلب عليها وزيادة إنتاجية في هذه الصناعة. وقد تم الحصول على البيانات الأولية لكل من الشركات القائمة في كل من محافظة القاهرة والجيزة. ولقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية بين الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية والإنتاجية متعددة العوامل. كما أظهر التحليل التجريبي المشاكل الرئيسية التي تعرقل تطبيق أنشطة الاستعانة بمصادر خارجية في قطاع الأجهزة المنزلية التجمعية في واحدة من المنظمات المصرية التصنيع
|b This study objective is three folds: First; to analyze the impact of outsourcing on multifactor productivity of the assembly household home appliance in Egypt, Second; determine the core variables affecting supplier selection, finally; outline the barriers of domestic outsourcing to overcome it and increase this sector productivity .Primary data were obtained from Cairo and Giza governorates firms. Results of the analysis conclude the existing of a positive strong correlation between the outsourcing and multifactor productivity. Empirical analysis determines the major problems that obstruct applying outsourcing activities in home appliance assembly sector in the Egyptian manufacturing organizations.
