The article explained the effects of Turkish reluctance to participate in the international coalition against the organization of the Islamic state known as the media (Da'ash or ISIS) a big argument, especially as Turkey is a key ally of the United States of America in the region; it is a key member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization "NATO". The article also referred to the areas controlled by the Da'ash organization in Iraq and Syria, and the closer the organization is to the Turkish border than ever before. Nevertheless, Turkey has so far refused to use its military or air bases by the coalition against the "Da'ash" sending ground troops to fight the organization, despite the parliament's authorization to the government to send Turkish soldiers on military missions outside the country. The article read carefully to the reality and conflict in the region, the strategic interests of Turkey, Turkey's position on the organization of (Da'ash) and its danger to it, the impact on the whole Turkish position of joining the alliance. The article concluded by presenting the conditions of Turkey to join and participate in the fight against "Da'ash", the foundations of Turkish national security, and Turkey's problems with neighboring countries..
