(The prologue) Mass media have played the most vital role not only in our lives but in our children's lives as well. Due to scientific progress and the enormous technological progress that dominate these mass media. They show and introduce to us different skills and customs not only for us but also for others. As a matter of factor some studies have pointed out that most children tend to accept all values, ideas and information which they follow by the audio and visible media, they don't care whether negative or positive. The importance of acquiring these social skills refers to (help to) facing their daily problems and helps them to behave in particular situation in life. It helps them, too, agree with and understanding others depending on the sound scientific thinking. It also helps them increase their self-confidence and sharing others task that agree with their abilities and potentialities. Cartoon films are generally considered the most fascinating for the young children as these films contain charm and amusement when children follow their incidences with their heores. Children are generally affected due to the children's initial imagination they naturally have. The study, furthermore, seeks to find out these social skills which are presented in the cartoon films. (The drawback of the study) The problems of this study can be summed up in some points: 1) What are the social skills needs for the social growing up of a child. 2) If the child before school learns these social skills, what are the means of evaluating this child? 3) For the child before school; what is the educational importance of the Cartoon films, and the T.V. in general? 4) What is the nature of the cartoon films presented on the T.V. Egyptian screen for children? 5) What are the social skills presention on the Egyptian T.V. for children? (The study measurements) To make sure of the study proposals, the researcher has achieved the following: 1) She had an outlook on the previous studies, magazines and researches with the aim of getting a thorough benefit in theoretical frame. 2) She has already set up a list for social skills needed for the child to acquires. She has shown them the a number of teachers to decide how far they are suitable for the poreschool kids. 3) She has chosen a sample of these cartoon films shown on T.V. related to general social skills. 4) She has prepared a document containing on analysis for the essence (topic) of these movies, showing it to a number of teacher so as to decide whether they are right or wrong for analysis. 5) She has prepared a specific application observing the child's attitude, presenting it before a number of teachers. 6) She has already tested a number of young children taught in Public schools where T.V., Computer and video are available in these schools. 7) She has evaluated the social skills in some elite children before carrying out the intensive experiment when watching the cartoon series.

8) She has divided the chosen sample into two groups with the aim of knowing the effect of the cartoon on those who don't watch them in general. 9) Experimenting the intensive watching of these cartoons on the children of the experimental team (group). 10) Observing the children's attitudes (of the experimental group) by using the observation application compared to the total social skills. This can be practiced by observation each child a day (only one by one). 11) Observing the attitudes of children who belong to the controlling group, those children who are not exposed to the experiment of intensive observation. This can be achieved by the application of observing of the child's attitude totally and then individually and each child alone. 12) Dealing with this information by using estatestics ways and analyzing them in both quality and quantity. (Outcomes) 1) No differences have been found between marks averages of the two teams (experimental and controlling) these differences are not clear on the application of the observation concerning the social skills before the experimental team are exposed to watch the cartoon series intensively and on purpose in the experimentary measurements of this study. 2) Differences of estatestical (nature) essence have been found between the average marks of the experimental group and the controlled group concerning the total social skills and their abnormal dimensions in the measurements in favour of the experimental group. 3) There are some difference of estatestical nature between the average marks of the experimental group converning the dimension measurement in the total of the social skills in favour of the dimensional measurement. 4) No difference of estatestical nature between the two measurements for the controlling group, generally in the social skills and their dimenstional bramches. (Recommendations) It's top necessary to observe what is introduced to the kid, keeping him away from negative movies. Recommending the workers of these children's programmes to introduce and produce special programmes for children containing skils, traditions, valuable ethics and useful. Introducing and producing the cartoon movies teaching the child and developing their different skills whether social lively or linguistically.
