المستخلص: The exaggerated importance of a term is not disappeared in revolving and promoting sciences, arts, life and conception. So, the interest was emerged in studying a term for the ancient and recent people. In order to determine, unify and revise the term then to get an advantage from it, at the field, which is involved, every term must pass several stage of promotion, evaluation and stability. Confusion in the conception of any stage of a term had formed its meaning historically, so, from this confusion, the paradox is produced in limiting the term. The eloquence term has its value at the paradox, which occupied recent minds of famous scientist. Therefore many studied had emerged into eloquency field to define a term in one way or anther.

The most important one was the dictionary of eloquency term which was developed by Dr. Ahmad Matloop and the Arabic eloquency dictionary by Al-Badawy Tabanah and the critical term in poetry criticism by Al-Edresi Al-Nakourey and others. Anyway, these studies have significant importance for the research in eloquence terms items. When the concept of studying eloquence term paradox had introduced to me, I was influenced by it. These studies are considered as a key, which I had, guided into the score and I was interested in and wanted to know the confusion and the paradox that was related to it. So, I collected its items from the sources that were considered to be organized on my thesis pages to form three sections preceded by an introduction. In the first suction, I reviewed the most important reasons in motivations, which caused the paradox. The search revealed that all of the reasons operated together to explore my thought, which represented the reasons that connected with psychological, cultural and environmental factors and with eloquence art of a suitable term. Whereas the items of the second and the third sections were reviewed the rhythmic level and annotation level. So, it was specialized in the empirical term of eloquence. As we concluded, there are three kinds of paradox, which are influencing the term. The first one has several names and insertion with other terms, either familiar or unfamiliar. Afterwards, the search has examined the horizon of this paradox and its confusion. It tried to introduce some proposal to solve one name in addition to an overcome from many branches and divisions. So, in order to facilitate the study of the terms for eloquency students, I present this humble work and ask Allah to make it for the best importance to me and to contribute in serving the generous Quran language.
