المستخلص: This dissertation is meant to study the old Arab dialects as they appear in the Holy Qurán Inflection Books till the End of the Fifth Hegira Century in order to shed a light upon the eloquence criteria which were designated by grammarians whereby they ascribed them to certain tribes whose nomenclature was unidentified whereas the ones who did the inflection of the Holy Qurán were exposed to as many Arab dialects that ranged from Yemen to Iraq. The dissertation has also dealt with knowing how to employ grammar in the languages of the Arab tribes and taking them as pretexts to set the rules of grammar and phonology, and to cite them as evidence on linguistic and phonetic issues. It is also used to prove the identity of the Holy Qurán of being purely Arabic, the inflection of the Qurán and its exegesis by correlating it with the tongue of the Arabs and their styles. The research falls into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.he introduction discusses the reasons why this topic and the method are chosen. Chapter one " The Phonetic Level" where it contains many sections which are as follows: the Hamza in Arabic, assimilation, letter replacement. These issues are dealt with in the light of the old and the new grammarians explanation , the exposition of the Qurán vocabulary which appeared in the inflection books, their dialectical division, the attribution of each phonetic issue to one or more Arab dialects, the manifestation of the phonetic differences among theses dialects, their connection with some contemporary dialectical practices. Chapter Two: "The morphological Level": This chapter handles the triple verb aspects and the difference of the morphological scale. It also focuses on grammatical emphasis, omission, consonants and vowels, and the motion of the present simple tense verb.

Chapter Three: " the Grammatical Level" : This chapter is dedicated to studying some grammatical aspects that have a great relationship with pronouncing old Arab dialects which are the Quránic dialects, i.e. the ones that were compatible with the Qurán dialect. The sections include verbs, inflection and giving a word an indeclinable ending, the negation (ما) in the two dialects of Al-Hijjaz and Tamim and other sporadic issues. The conclusion is made up of some of the results recommendations which are as follows: - The research has showed that the range of eloquence in the Arab dialects has widened to include more than what other grammarians have mentioned. - It shows that most of the grammarian who indulged in inflecting the Qurán favour the use of Hijaz dialect, the Quraish dialect, to other Arab dialects. - The research has also revealed the significance of old Arab dialects and their connection to the standard Arabic and the other old Semitic languages. - The observation of the great linguistic development and the historical periods wherein it passed. - The research has come up with a group of dialectical phenomena upon which grammarian were not unanimous.
