The researcher studies syntactical poetic witness to one of founders of syntactic kufa school, Al-Far'o Yahia Bin-Ziyad Abu Zakaria (207H) in his book; the senses of Quran. The research has preface, four sections , conclusion, index and references. In the preface, he defines the term of poetic witness through linguistic and syntactic and its importance. He also deals with the principals and conditions which they were put by lexicologists and grammarians, they depends on them to accept poetic witness. He appears the criticism and the objection against lexicologists and grammarians in that subject. In the first section, the researcher studies the poetic witness which deals with nominatives through its grammar:- subject, predicate and the appositives of nominatives: adjective, affirmation and compassion, and other things for this diction. In the second section, he explains the poetic witness which deals with accusative:- predicate (to be- was), object and the appositives of accusatives and other things refer to them. In the third section, he refers to the genitives: prepositions and their usage with verbs, addition , elision and appositives. In the fourth section there are two enquiries: the first uses the witness of in jussives such as verb condition and the clause condition and the elision of them, and the use of swear with condition. The second enquiry deals with interjection, elative of colures, handicaps and different matters. In the conclusion , the researcher finds out the results which lead to some facts: the Kufians did not have specific book for syntactic while the Basrahians had it. He also proved that the language of Qureish was not the fluent or eloquent language for Arabs, and the Holy Qur'an was not be revealed with the language of Qureish and other useful results.
