Praise be to the lord of all creations and the best peace and blessings upon our master Muhammad and His family and his companions . The present thesis can be concluded in the following points : 1. Alemam Al – Tabary is a persistan , mujtahid scholar who has unique approach . One of his important books is “altafseer or “ the interpretation” in which he dealt with the multiple in narration from the companions and the followers in the field of Tafseer . 2. After collecting the verses of dealings found in this book , I discovered that the subject is too long and cannot be fully covered with in the scope of this thesis . the specialized people in the field advised me to choose a universal subject , so the title of the study became “the judge , Abu-Jaafar Al Tabary preferences in the figh of dealings , in the light of his understanding” . The study will tackle the preferences only and not all the dealing verses . 3. Issues of dealing figh that Al tabari had given his opinion in were shown in approaches . The first approach was Al tabari approach in order to know his opinion in a given issue .After that there was an explanation of the approaches of figh who agreed with Al tabari and those who did not . 4. At the end of each issue , there was the most acceptable opinion given depending on authentic evidence from present and past .This opinion was then summarized in a separate point in the conclusion . 5. After research and accurate reading in the interpretation of Al tabari , I suceeded to delete all the issues for which I found a preference from Al emam Al tabari . These issues were arranged according to the figh arrangement of dealings sections beginning from the section of sellings . 6. I had consulted the most important resources in Tafseer , figh , books of hadith in judgments and books of principles trying to know the most saying of scholars regarding each issue .Evidence provided by these scholars were also presented to cover all the sides of the issue . 7. After investigating the issues in the figh of dealings from Al tabari’s point of view , I discovered that the interpretation of Al tabari is an encyclopedia for all religions sciences not just the figh . His interpretation could be regarded as a reference of Fugahaa , interpreters , speakers , linguists and scholars of principles and others. 8. The thesis was concluded with a summary of the opinions I prefer regarding each issue investigated here to make it easy for students to resort to the summary whenever they need . Finally I ask God to make this work pure for his almighty sake he is the all - Knowing and the all – hearing .
