المستخلص: This thesis is named (Jurisprudent views of Imam Ibn AL-Hanbaly about offences, blood- moneys and penalties in AL- Insaaf book of AL-Mardawi- comparative study). It contains Introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The introduction deals with the importance of the subject and the reason my choice for it, besides the plan which I follow in writing it. The first chapter deals with the personal and scientific life of the Imam in two branches. The second chapter deals with views of the Imam Ibn Aqeel in (offences, blood – moneys and penalties) which Allah make me capable in gathering them from the book AL- Insaaf of AL-Mardawy. I gathered fourty six questions with the jurisprudent views, distributed on three branches, the first deals with the offences, the second deals with the blood-moneys , and the third deals with the penalties. As for the conclusions, it deals with the results I arrived at in my thesis, then a supplement of names mentioned in the thesis. The way I introduce the questions is writing the question or a case in a simple way then mentioning the jurisprudent views of scholars about it, after that the view of Imam Ibn Aqeel, later I examine them all pro and against, with their clues and proofs depending on the verses of the Holly Quran, names of the verse, the number of the verse, the prophetic Hadeeth and its right origin of (Saheehain), and even whether it is right or weak Hadeeth . So, this paper is very important to depend on, and at last I ask Allah to make this humble job is for his sake and to be useful for scholars and students.
