Praise is all for Allah, whose forgiveness we ask, and whose help we seek. Allah has supported me to accomplish this dissertation through His generosity, so I thank Him a lot and I seek His farther assistance to go forward in this field of study. After finishing the preparing of the points of this thesis, we should arrange its subjects in a brief conclusion of the most important topics. They are as follows: 1. Al-Aini is one of the famous Islamic scientists in the 8th and 9th century after Hijra. Researchers paid great attention to his publications. The imam al-Aini lived during the golden age of science in its different branches. He lived with a scientific renaissance, which helped to form his scientific personality, until he became a contributor in this renaissance. He gained a good status among all Muslim scientists. He was brought up in a big scientific family, the famous imam taught, he studied most of the current knowledge in that period and was skilled in them, so scientists praised him. 2. Al-Aini grew up in a family of knowledge; his father was a man of cognizance so was his family and his society. He was expert in a variety of branches such as explanation, Hadith, jurisprudence, syntax, and history…etc. he had great ability of writing so he was considered an encyclopedia of most religious knowledge. 3. He was a contemporary of contrasted thoughts in the Islamic doctrines and he was opposite to these thoughts and had defeated most of them. 4. Though he complied with Hanafi doctrine, he contrasted views and preferred the best by revealing the evidence. 5. I studied the famously contrasted issues-in purity branch a comparative study using all evidence available including the thoughts of Al-Aini then I mentioned the evidences with the reasons of disagreement. Then I discussed the evidences and the points of view, then I mentioned the preference with its reason, so the issue is well handled. 6. Al-Aini preferences are new yield to jurisprudence, for which most scholars yearn, more over; they are based on Koran and Sunna. 7. His preferences tend to be easy and that is clear in this discussed issue. 8. Al-aini wasn’t bigoted as some people believed, but his legal opinions were affected by the changes in the political situation in that period when trends that carry wrong thoughts appeared after civil wars. 9. He has great patience in most of his researches that is when discussing an issue he cites the proofs that none cited even those specialists of the intended branch of knowledge. This is the fruit of my labor. It is the inferior labor which must be absolute for Allah, and be useful for readers, and this is what I could achieve by the help of Allah if I'm right, and if I'm wrong He may guide and protect me. Thanks for Allah and blessings be upon His prophet Mohammed
