المستخلص: The Islamic Arabic civilization reached its top of greatness and expanded after a short period of time. Its greatness is encapsulated in its humanity and the subjugates and subjects were under its shadow. Its light enlightened the dark places after Islam freed cities from being slaves and terminated the illiteracy, poverty and injustice that the human had got and after it freed the man from the injustice of his brother and the oppression and injustice that the man had ever got. The Arab Victors had influenced greatly and directly on the opened cities in particular, since these far cities were opened, they changed the structures of these cities to be convenient with their genuine Arab thought in accordance with the principles of the Islamic religion where the Islamic Arabic civilization with civilizations and heritages of the opened cities and transmitted high cultural light which clearly indicates the interaction of the Arabs and their cope with the development and cultural building to push the wheel of history. The ideological and cultural movement along with the great development in building, social and economic aspects activated the cities culturally and ideologically. Every city competed the other city in scientific and cultural fields. Great scholars and renewers of their sons and some of them were from Arabic ancient origins and some of them were careful to belong to those cities spatially where they feel proud of them, and this matter was a reason for emerging great historians who wrote the history of their cities to be proud of it along with the rest of the other cities. This, in return, represented an important turning point in enriching the Islamic Arabic civilization. The movement of historical recording recorded the general and local history, kinship, social classes, translations, biographies and others such as writings which formed an important contributor of the knowledge contribution. This study is a serious attempt aiming at recording the Islamic history in the Indian Peninsula because there is no scientific and historical study about the contribution of the scholars of the Indian peninsula in enriching the Arabic civilization as it is an attempt to touch upon the ideological and scientific achievements of the Indian peninsula scholars to determine the amount of the achievement and contribution in enriching the Islamic Arabic civilization of that places. We were careful to record those contributions which were written by the people of that regions or those who were delegated to it for writing about it.

The research included four chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion. Chapter One was entitled "Geography of India". In Chapter Two, we dealt with recording the Books of translation in India, whereas in Chapter Three, the researcher dealt with recording the Biography Books in India. Chapter Four dealt with the method of the Indian Peninsula Scholars. The study has shown the great amount of the writings which were concerned with the social classes. Some of the scholars were concerned with writing special books about the social classes which included the classes of ministers, scholars, sultans and poets. The study has discovered that a number of writers – especially the Arab writers cared about writing books about kinships to maintain their kinship. As the study has shown that there are several writings about the prophetic biography, scholars' biography, the famous men, also the writings of the general and local history. The study has shown the interest of the people of India of rulers and public persons in learning the Arabic language and contributing in spreading it and making it sometimes as the official language. This interest resulted from the Arabic language being the language of Qura'n and the language of the first openers. The study has shown the great support that the rulers and kings of India offered in order to encourage the knowledge and scholars and enriching the scientific and cultural movement and this led to spread the writing of the Arabic language. The study has shown that although the writers are Indian they didn't only write about the Indian peninsula, they wrote about Yemen, Hejaz, etc. The study has shown the extent of the development of the Islamic Arabic civilization over that places and speed of the movement of writing. Finally, the study has shown the scientific speeches which were divided between India and the rest of the Islamic region at that time.
