المستخلص: Thanks to Allah and pray and peace on his prophet Muhammad Allah Pray and Peace on him. This research considers as a new step towards Qur'anic studies which shows the connection and effectiveness among the Islamic Sciences, referring for depth relation of these sciences. The method of the researcher in submitted the subject by showing the subjects which are related with Qur'an sciences that the sciences study in their books, especially extracting the philological rules, discuss the need matter for discussion, and to show the right one, then he gave some examples from Qura'n verses which Qura'n science an effect in interpret them and showing their meanings, according to the studied subject , mentioning some philological says, proves and discussions, and then also show the right one, the nature of the subject required to preface with four chapters, conclusion, appendix of important persons.

So research reached to many important results as the following: 1- Qur'anic sciences appeared from earlier time but in scattered and interior way with another sciences then separated. 2- Philological interpretation is the interpretation which deals with extracting philological rules from Qur'anic texts, and its features are emerged from prophet time. 3- Quranic evidence has a clear effect in philological interpretation by the following cases: A. Specialization in general books and disputing scientists on this matter, has an effect in extracting the legislation rules. B. absolute matter and what to refer from rules, which is obligated, or prohibited or participated has an clear effect in interpret the rules of verses and extracting the rules of verses. C. Deprivation what to refer it from rightness or corruption, his effect appeared clearly in philological interpretation. D. Absolutely and restricted, the difference among scientists about it, and the difference of science in philological effects. E. The indication of enunciation has a clear role in extracting the philological rules in Qur'anic verses. F. The evidence of using and the dispute of science in bearing the real pronunciation, has a great effect in interpret some verses and extracting the rules. 4- The science of Qur'nic reading has a clear effect in philological interpretation, by right readings, and depending of scientists in direction the meaning, also the false and abnormal reading and the differences of scientists in these cases. 5- The science of copy and copier is one of the important science that the interpreter show know it, for what have an effect in interpretation the Holly Qur'an and extracting the rules from some verses as a result of their disagree among them which this verse are copy of restricted. 6- The reason behind sending this verse is very important in interpreting this verse. 7- The restricted and similarity is from Qur'nic science, so interpreter should be dealt with it in interpreting Holly Qur'an, what have an effect in legal rule and showing the demanded meaning. 8- The totality in Qur'nic verse has its effect in interpret and extract the rules
