After finishing this thesis it was so important to show the most important results reached which is: 1- The practical management that human practice in old ages as activities in his daily life. This activities have various types and multiple and available energy to provide the ultimate tools that life wouldn't continue without it. 2- Prophetic sunna priority after the holy Quran in this scoop. In the western management by mention origins, fixed management rules and the bright of them either what was declared or by demonstration also prophetic sunna care b a lot of management functions which mentioned by specialists in modern management after 1400 and more of prophet mission. 3- The modern western management was considered the base of scientific rules and formulate the management theories in the modern age but, it was priority by the prophet to work, but at that time, modern names weren't known. 4- Islamic management was characterized by lots of texts, demonstration management application whether in prophetic sunna that prophet practice in his practical life or four successors follow him and who follow them. 5- Management in Islam has a lot of characteristics differentiate it from modern western management as it contains both incorporeal and materially and it's efforts to meet the goals in the last and in the life and Islamic presence in all details with focusing on moral and management work practicing. 6- Management in prophetic sunna show that activity practicing must be permitted to reach to the desired goals and it compatible with general interest and with the general scoop that lawmaker lined when you can't neglect as in any condition. The activity must be compatible with religion. 7- Management n prophetic sunna is a science of religion that prophetic application which enable the Islamic state to dominate through centuries. 8- Through prophetic sunna that gave wonderful samples of societies and states management by it's different manners that the prophet practice was enough to avoid western suspicious about Islam deficiency to rule because it deficient in scientific practices include the management.
