اتخذت الدراسة من انحرافات الشباب موضوع للبحث، ليس تلك الانحرافات التي يمارسها نزلاء المؤسسات الإصلاحية والعقابية. ولكن تلك الأفعال المنحرفة التي يرويها الشباب عن أنفسهم، وتمارس هذه الأفعال الجانحة داخل المنزل، وداخل المؤسسة التعليمية وفي مراكز التسويق الحديثة، وتعتبر مصدر إزعاج وتهديد للاستقرار الاجتماعي. وقد احتوت هذه الدراسة على مدخل اشتمل على التعريف بالدراسة من حيث موضوعها وأهميتها والأهداف التي سعت إلى تحقيقها، والتساؤلات التي تحقق هذه الأهداف بالإضافة إلى مفاهيم أو مصطلحات الدراسة. بالإضافة إلى سبعة فصول، تناول الفصل الأول الشباب والانحراف والعلاقة بينهما من خلال مراجعة نظرية للتراث العلمي اشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث، الأول تناول مفهوم الشباب من رؤية سوسيولوجية، وتناول المبحث الثاني مفهوم الانحراف في الفكر السوسيولوجي، وقدم المبحث الثالث رؤية تحليلية عن العلاقة بين الشباب والانحراف. قدم الفصل الثاني من الدراسة صورة عامة عن الانحراف والثقافة والعلاقة بينهما في مبحثين، اشتمل المبحث الأول على تعريف الثقافة والاستخدام المبكر لمصطلح الثقافة الفرعية في علم الاجتماع الجنائي، ثم عرض بشكل موجز لمحددات العلاقة بين الانحراف والثقافة، وقدم المبحث الثاني عرضًا مفصلاً عن ثقافة الشباب باعتبارها نموذج العلاقة بين الانحراف والثقافة. وعرض الفصل الثالث لأنماط وعوامل انحرافات الشباب في الأدبيات السابقة واشتمل على مبحثين، الأول عرض نماذج مختارة من أنماط وعوامل انحرافات الشباب في ست مجتمعات هي النمسا، والمملكة المتحدة، وكندا، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، واليابان، بالإضافة إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، واشتمل المبحث الثاني على نماذج من محاولات التصدي لانحرافات الشباب على المستوى الصحي والتعليمي والقانوني. واشتمل الفصل الرابع على الموجهات النظرية للدراسة، وعلى الإجراءات المنهجية في مبحثين، تناول الأول النظرية اللامعيارية الأنومي (Anomie Theory) والمقولات النظرية لعلم الإجرام الثقافي (Theoretical Approaches Culutral Criminology) كموجهات نظرية استرشد بها الباحث في تناوله للظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، واشتمل المبحث الثاني على إجراءات الدراسة المنهجية من حيث نوع ومنهج الدراسة وأدوات جمع المادة الميدانية وحدود أو مجالات الدراسة وطريقة سحب العينة وأساليب المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات. وفي الفصل الخامس عرض مفصل عن بيانات الدراسة الميدانية وقد اشتمل على خمسة مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول الخصائص الاجتماعية لأفراد العينة، وعرض المبحث الثاني أنماط انحرافات الشباب داخل المنزل، والمبحث الثالث عرض أنماط انحرافات الشباب المشاهدة والممارسة داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، واشتمل المبحث الرابع على معدلات انحرافات الشاب في مجتمع البحث، وعرض المبحث الخامس بأسلوب أثنوجرافي أنماط انحرافات الشباب داخل خمسة مراكز تسوق حديثة بمجتمع الدراسة. الفصل السادس من الدراسة اشتمل على عوامل انحرافات الشباب في مجتمع البحث، وانقسم إلى مبحثين، المبحث الأول خاص بالتحليل الإحصائي والاختبارات الإحصائية التي استخدمت في فحص العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغيرات التابعة، وقدم المبحث الثاني تحليل سوسيوثقافي عن عوامل انحرافات الشباب في ضوء ما أسفر عنه التحليل الإحصائي من نتائج. والفصل الأخير من هذه الدراسة اشتمل على خاتمة الدراسة وتضمن مبحثين، عرض الأول أبرز نتائج الدراسة الميدانية، وعرض المبحث الثاني لمجموعة من التوصيات التي خلص إليها الباحث من دراسته.
This study deals with youth deviations as a topic of research. These deviations arc not those practiced by youth in the reform and punishment institutions, but those reported by youth themselves and practiced at homes, in educational institutions, and in the shopping malls which are considered a source of disturbance and a threat to the social settlement. The study includes an introduction showing a definition of the study, its importance, its goals to be achieved and the inquiries and aspects to be realized, as well as its concepts and idioms. Moreover, it consists of seven chapters: the first deals with the youth and deviations and the relationship between them through reviewing a theory of background literature and it has three sections: the first deals with the concept of youth from a Sociological perspective, the second deals with the deviation as a concept in Sociology, and the third deals with analytical view of the relationship between youth and deviation The second chapter introduces an overview about deviation and culture, and the relationship between them in two sections: the first includes the definition of culture and the earlier usage of the subculture of criminal sociology, then it goes briefly through the items that specify the relationship between deviation and culture. The second section shows a detailed presentation to the youth culture as a sample of the relationship between deviation and culture. The third chapter introduces the types and factors of youth deviations in background literature, and it has two sections: the first shows selected samples of the patterns and factors of youth deviations in six communities from Austria, the United kingdom, Canada, The United States, Japan, and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The second section includes the ways of how to face youth deviations at the levels of health, education, and legal. The fourth chapter introduces the theoretical directors of the study and the methodic procedures in two sections: the first deals with the Anomic Theory and the Theoretical Approaches of Cultural Criminology as theoretical directors that the researcher has taken as a guide to deal with the phenomena in his search. The second section includes the procedures of the methodic study, regarding the aspects of the type and the system of the study, besides the toolkit of collecting field material, the limits or the fields of the study, the way of taking samples, and the ways of using statistical accounting of data. The fifth chapter is a detailed presentation to the data of the field study and it includes five sections: the first deals with the social features of the sample participants, the second shows the patterns of youth deviations at homes: the third deals with the patterns of youth deviations that are noticed and practiced in educational institutions; the fourth includes the rates of youth deviations in search community; and the fifth ethnographically presents the patterns of youth deviations in five modern shopping centers in the community of the study. The sixth chapter includes the factors of youth deviations in the community of the study and divides into two sections: the first is about statistical analysis and tests that arc used in examining the relationship between independent and subsequent alternatives. The second introduces socio-cultural analysis of the factors of youth deviations depending on the results of the statistical analysis. The final chapter includes the research and it has two sections: the first shows the most important results of the field study, and the second introduces a group of recommendations that the researcher has reached.
