تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجان التزام المعلمين بالقيم الاجتماعية في ممارسة التعليم، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية:- 1. ما درجة التزام المعلمين بالقيم الاجتماعية في ممارسة التعليم ؟ 2. ما أثر الجنس في درجة التزام المعلمين في ممارسة القيم الاجتماعية؟ 3. ما أثر سنوات الخبرة في درجة التزام المعلمين في ممارسة القيم الاجتماعية؟ 4. ما أثر المؤهل العلمي في درجة التزام المعلمين في ممارسة القيم الاجتماعية؟ وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة جرش، والبالغ عددهم (1700) معلم ومعلمة، بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلم ومعلمة ويمثلون نسبة (21%) من مجتمع الدراسة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولمعرفة القيم الاجتماعية السائدة في ممارسة التعليم قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة اشتملت على (٢٣) قيمة اجتماعية، وللتحقق من الصدق والثبات فقد تم عرضها على عدد من المحكمين المتخصصين في العلوم الاجتماعية، وتم حساب معامل الارتباط الكلي وبلغ (0.86). وقد تم تحليل البيانات وحساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والأهمية النسبية للإجابة عن السؤال الأول. كما تم استخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) واختبار (ت) (t-test) لكل متغير من متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أسفرت نتائج التحليل عن الآتية: 1. جميع القيم الاجتماعية موجودة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة جدا ودرجة كبيرة، حيث تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية ما بين (3.532-4.582) وكانت أعلى من المتوسط الحسابي النظري البالغ (٣) درجات. 2. لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التزام المعلمين بالقيم الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس عند مستوى (α = 0.05). 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التزام المعلمين بالقيم الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة عند مستوى (α = 0.05). 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التزام المعلمين بالقيم الاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي عند مستوى (α = 0.05).
The aim of this study is to investigate the degree of teachers' compliance with social values in practicing education by answering the following questions: 1-What is the degree of teachers' compliance with social values in practicing education? 2-What is the effect of gender on the degree of teachers' compliance with social values? 3-What is the effect of years of experience on the degree of teachers' compliance with social values? 4-What is the effect of academic qualification on the degree of teachers' compliance with social values? Population of the study consisted of (1700) male and female teachers in Jerash Governorate, while the sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female teachers representing (21%) of the study population chosen by the simple random sampling. In order to identify the social values prevailing in practicing education, the two researchers developed a questionnaire which included (23) social values. To verify the questionnaire' validity and reliability it was put before a number of arbitrators specialized in social science and the total correlation coefficient was calculated at (0.86). Data were analyzed and arithmetic means, standard deviations and relative importance were calculated for answering the first question. The One-Way ANOVA test and the T- test were also used for each of the study variables. Results of the analysis revealed the following: 1-Study sample subjects posses social values to a great degree and to a certain degree, where the arithmetic means varied between (3.532-4.582) and were higher than the theoretical arithmetic means of (3) degrees. 2-There are no statistical significant differences in the degree of teachers' compliance with social values attributed to gender variable at the level (0.05= a). 3-There are no statistical significance differences in the degree of teachers' compliance with social values attributed to experience variable at the level (0.05= a). There are no statistical significant differences in the degree of teachers' compliance with social values attributed to academic qualification variable at the level (0.05= a).
