المستخلص: The curriculum of Al Imam AL Hafiz Alaa AL- Deen Mughaltay Al Hanafi in his explanation to Ibn Maga’s Sonnah . By : Dr Yosif Bin Abdullah AL Bahooth: 1- I thought – greatly – that if Musim scientists excelled in an art of science ones, that wouldn’t affect other arts . This is AL Hafiz Mughaltay. Mercy Be upon him – was famous in science of Hadeeth, justified and deepened in it. However, he shared strongly in AL Fiqh and the language (etc). 2- The knowledge of the reader about the accuracy of the author in collecting hadeethes in this explanation . 3- Knowing how to judge AL Hadeeth from the items of critics as it is in the curriculum of AL Hafiz Mughaltay , not from the appearance of proof or the total of evidences .Because the reason and the irregularity go to the evidences which seem to be correct . 4- Imams of AL Hadeeth . -like- AL Hafiz agree about the rules wgich AL Hadeeth is accepted or refused by them . These rules are instinct matters in the right spiritis. Their difference which is found in their judgements on AL hadeeth and the narrators is a difference in applying these rules on the partial matters. 5- Mughaltay is on of the reciters of AL Hadeeth in the eighth century, who contributed in enriching Islamic library by their valuable works in many religious and Arabic sciences. 6- The first who added Ibn Maga’s sonnaha to the six books was AL Imam Mohammad Bin Taher AL Maqdesi who died in 507H. 7- Mughaltay is one of the aware critics who had several knowledge . They were resourceful in the Islamic library . He had rare patience and interest in reading and classification . his works were too many and fruitful . A lot of scientists witnessed that. 8- what had been said about Mughaltay ‘s illusion .I haven’t seen what attracts attention and none is free from illusion . It’s well known that Mughaltay had a lot of works and that leads to drawbacks, or mistakes . 9- This book is a book of producing and reason where it excels some of them. 10- The increase of Ibn Maga to the five books is more than found in them. therefore , Ibn Taher AL Maqdesi added it in 507 H. 11- Many explanations and additions to Ibn Maga sonans were more than forty books and researches. 12-The book of ALAalam with his sonnan Peace Be Upon Him is one of the old books of AL Hafiz. 13-writing the book lasted more than thirty years. 14- He Mercy of Allah upon him “ interested in mentioning the correctors and did his best if he didn’t find who preceded him. 15- He talked –in details- about the narratives and judgements, plus the men and strange hadeeth. 16- He was prominent in non – concretion for any blief or attitude. 17- He criticized the preceeding Imams too much but he had an excuse for them. 18- His book was full of the scientists’ names and their books. He mentioned good pieces from the books from which he selected the scientific material. 19- keeping is from Allah, and defect from human . The evidence is what occurs for scientists, reciters and Imam of modification from illusion, or error or forgetting. This matter never belittle them, nor is a defect in them, but they have reward and goodness from Allah. For doing their best and their preceeding to every virtue. We should thinking of them better and have excuse for them. We shouldn’t concentrate on their tiny errors. Who doesn’t mistaken ? One has pride and nobility if his defects are counted. Peace and Blessings Be upon our prophet Mohammed, His family , His companions and who followed him forever to the day of Religion.
