المستخلص: The objective of this study is to determine the extent to which the science teachers of primary stage possess the competencies of the knowledge economy from the point of view of the principals and educational supervisors in the directorates of education in the Northern Badia, Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of 96 principals and educational supervisors. To achieve the objective of this study and answer its questions, a tool has been developed to measure the extent to which teachers possess the competencies of the knowledge economy. This tool included (42) sections and the authenticity and consistency of the tool were verified.
After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis, the results of the study showed the following:
- The degree to which science teachers possessed the competencies of the knowledge economy from the point of view of principals and educational supervisors was low.
- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤ 0.05) between the average levels of principals and supervisors for the acquisition of knowledge economy by the science teachers of primary stage, in the interest of the profession of principals.
- There are significant differences at the level of significance (a≤ 0.05) on the overall score of the instrument depending on the experience variable, and in the interest of the higher experience
The study concluded in a number of recommendations in light of the findings.

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف مدى امتلاك معلمي علوم المرحلة الأساسية لكفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي من وجهة نظر المديرين والمشرفين التربويين في مديريات التربية والتعليم في البادية الشمالية بالأردن . وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) مديرا ومشرفا تربويا، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، طورت أداة لقياس مدى امتلاك المعلمين لكفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي ، اشتملت هذه الأداة على (42) فقرة ، وجرى التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها.
وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي:
- أن درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم لكفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي من وجهة نظر المديرين والمشرفين التربويين كانت منخفضة.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(a≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات درجات المديرين والمشرفين لامتلاك معلمي علوم المرحلة الأساسية لكفايات الاقتصاد المعرفي، وذلك لمصلحة مهنة المديرين .
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤ 0.05) على الدرجة الكلية للأداة تبعا لمتغير الخبرة ، ولمصلحة الخبرة الأعلى
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج
