Among the new concepts that characterize our time, and more exactly from the last decade of the past century, that of " Globalization, "globalization" appeared at the end of the Cold War and the emergence of the" new world order". This concept is, by its purpose, its nature, and its objectives, a term coined by the hegemonic powers to establish a normative political, economic, informational and cultural system, to impose it on all human societies and force governments to comply with and implement. However, globalization also brings a heterogeneous aspect manifests itself , free trade, promoting diversity , interconnection, and the approximation between peoples and cultures boosted by Novella technologies of information and communication, including Internet and satellites are powerful means of unification of cultures and mixing of populations . Between the two, the phenomenon of globalization today raises many controversies and condenses concerns: it evokes both fear and uncertainty related to the narrowing of the planet, generalized interdependence, the massive impact of triumphant capitalism which imposes the world's unchallenged domination, cultural standardization. But also the opportunities and hopes for trade and reconciliation between peoples and civilizations and hence that of cultural diversity and its promotion in a better world. This situation calls for a reflection on tirelessly in this movement as controversial, including its cultural component. We will try in this article to understand the phenomenon of globalization in its cultural dimension through these two aspects, homogeneous and heterogeneous, in order to grasp the outlines, issues, fears and hopes it raises?
Chaque époque se distingue par des concepts et une terminologie qui lui sont propres, et à chaque étape de l’histoire de l’humanité correspondent de grandes questions et préoccupations déterminées. Tout au long de l’histoire de la pensée humaine, la terminologie inhérente aux aspects de la civilisation humaine n’a cessé de se renouveler, les concepts d’évoluer et les contextes de s’enchevêtrer. De nouvelles idées apparaissent et les théories existantes font sans cesse l’objet de bouleversement et de diversification et sont continuellement élaborées sous de nouvelles formes qui reflètent l’époque en question, en exprimant ses spécificités et en se focalisant sur les questions qui lui sont propres. Parmi les nouveaux concepts qui caractérisent notre époque, et plus exactement depuis la dernière décennie du siècle écoulé, celui de la « Mondialisation, « globalisation », apparu à la fin de la guerre froide et avec l’émergence du «nouvel ordre mondial». Cette notion est, de par son objet, sa nature, et ses objectifs, un système forgé par les puissances hégémoniques en vue d’instituer un ordre politique, économique, informationnel et culturel normatif, de l’imposer à toutes les sociétés humaines et de contraindre les gouvernements à s’y conformer et à le mettre en œuvre(1).
