المستخلص: Raise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of The World. And Thin aid we seek and peace be upon our prophet Mohammad and upon all his followers. This message is a study concerning in doctrine. It is a science which concerned in Knowing the evidence of doctrine and how can a man benefit from the religious legislation. This study is concerning in collecting and studying the doctrine principles and all evidences. Imam – Al-Bukhari depend on in constructing legislation. I have taken from the translation writings of the book (Sahih – Al-Bukhari) all the main addresses of his peas book as a main subject of my study and I have named this message: ( The legal opinions of Al-Imam-Al- Bukhari through his writings translations of his actual main subjects). This message consists of Introduction, of three parts and Ending with Appendix of Biographies of famous members and a list with Quellen and returns. I have qualified he first part of my study : for Biographie of Al- Bukhari life, his scientifical Biographie, identifying of his Book (Al-Jameh Al-Sahih) and the conversations about his translations of the book (Al-Jameh Al-Sahih). I have made his book contains three researches: The First research: Biographie of Al- Bukhari life (his name , his surename, his family, his Birth, his growth up , his science demand mentioning his cheaf leaders and his students with Identifying them , strong then in learning his heart, and thanked his religions scientists to him, and his death, and with mentioning some of his dignity and honour. The second research: About Al- Jameh Al-Sahih of Al-Bukhari ( his name, his importance , his arrange among the scholar scientists, the main reason of his authoring , his acurance, his containings the numbers of his words speakings and the imoprtance of the nation and its scholar scientists belong of him). The third rsearch : About Biographie of Sahih Al-Bukhari. Book parts (its importance, the best writings of Al-Bukhari . its parts and its publishing concerned with this Biographie). I have qualified the Second section: About speaking for the legal opinious of Al-Bukhari which taken from the main Subject of Al-Bukhari Book parts :I have written it in five researches : The First research: The leagal opinios which he declared in Mabahith –Al Suna Book. The Second research :The leagal opinius which he declared in Mabahith – Al- Ijmah Book. The third research: The legal opinions which he declared in disputed evidences.

The fourth research: His opinions about the pronunciation evidences(Dallalat Al- Al-fath). The fifth research : Al-Bukhari opinions which he declared in Al- Ijtihad part is any Mujtahid (the clever researcher) on the wright way?) I' ve witten the third section : about Al-Bukhari legal opinions which taken from the word speaking of Al- Bukhari in his part writings. It consists of eight researches: The first researches: His opinions about the works of the Prophet Mohamad (peace be upon him) . The second research: His opinions contain with the Judgement legislation . The third research: Al-Imam –Al- Bukhari opinions in the subject order. The fourth research: His opinions which concernd with Non- working . The fifth research: His opinions about the majority and its froms. The sixth research: Al-Imam- Al- Bukhari opinions which concerned with disputed. Evidences The seventh research: His opinions about the concepts. The eight research: His opinions about the least of evidences researches. The study is important because it deals with the Biographi of Al- Imam life , the first flage famous man , Imam the groups of Al-Sinnie, Al-Jamaah and Al-Hadeeth owners. It deals with its speakings about his right speakings which regard as afirst book for Sinnies who depend on it. It was the first book after the Holy Quran regarding of its evedinces by it because this book has a distinguish Ahadeeth and sunan which carried the best degree of the truth. The conversations about the writings of the Book parts Al- saheh which Al-Bukhari wrote was accurate inderstandings, it was so kind in its results to make the religious scientists astonished by its form and to make them witnessing that Al-Bukhari put his science and his legislation opinions in his book and made them declaring that (Fiqih Al-Bukhari represented in its writings translation). This message is as afirst academical message researching Al-Buhari legal legislation opinions in his truly Book (Saheh Al-Bukhari) through his spakings translation on wich his legislation build, and resulted his rules from it. So as to be science reference who the researcher returns back to it to know his legal opinions, also it is the first step and aserious invitation . the researchers taking all Sinnies book to know the opinions of Authors to be useful for the science owners in generally and to be useful for the owners of the lovers of this Art specially ahuge as abenefit about the history of write downing the legal rules and its first beginnings which the first chief member of Al- Sinnies scientists praperd to make it as first Science specially those the intelligent scientists .
