It also studies its effects on the final situation issues which include settlements, Jerusalem, and water, and its effect on the structure and nature of the Palestinian state to come. The study also covers the legal effects from variety of points of view, including its dissenting to the international law and to the resolutions of UN, and its illegality concerning the use of armed forces in international relations, and also with its dissendency to the international human laws, particularly, 4th Geneva Treaty, 1994, latia agreement, 1907 and the international law for human rights and the international convenant for civil and political laws, and to the international act concerning child protection. As it is impossible to talk about the political and legal effects of the barrier without discussing the other effects, this study covers the economic and social effects of it. Despite the ongoing assurance by Israeli government, that this wall is an inevitable option for security, no one can deny its other effects. The study problem lies in that this isolation wall is one aspect of the Arabic-Israeli conflict. As for as this wall doesn’t' follow straightfully the track of the Green line; it takes a zigzag form, so as to include some settlement, built on Palestinian areas within the borders of Israel. From this very important point, this study tries to answer the following inevitable question: What is the effect of the Isolation Barrier on the map of the West Bank and on the structure of the Palestinian state in future? And what effects does it have on the issues to be resolved in the final sessions, such as borders, Jerusalem, Settlements and Water? The study reaches the following results: 1- The building of the wall has very dangerous results concerning the Palestinian people, as it divides West Bank into cantons. This makes it impossible for a Palestinian state to be a reality one day. 2- It shows insistence to embrace and capture the Palestinian land. 3- It affects on the issues of final resolution, and makes the life of the people so difficult and has apathetic implications. 4- This wall resembles an ugly surpass over the international law and conventions and all human rights resolutions. The study recommends that Israel should stop immediately completing the building of the wall and to destroy all the basis connected to it by any means. It also recommends that Israel should stop building new settlements and nor to widen existing ones and to stop any actions of closure and surrender of the people. Israel should also stop all the unlawful and illegal actions being taken and performed against the Palestinian people and to compensate them for any loss they had due to building this isolation wall and to return the situation to its origins. This is considered an international responsibility.
