المستخلص: Since semantic studies have flourished and they have taken the important of linguists , gaining a high place in the field of knowledg , leading to the appearance of many semantic theories dealing with meaning trying to determine its identity whether on the level of word or structure. These reasons have activated me to inter this field choosing a subject that can serve linguistics and Holly Quran, since meaning is best branch of linguistic , when words are containers for meaning , therefore I've chosen to study semantically quranic molls that may make people good. Semantic is the aim and top of linguistic studies. Its importance lies in being its essential theme is meaning, and that every study is to be regarded insufficient unless it would pay some attention to meaning. When I see muslims have gone far from quranic way in dealing with each other and loosing many of them to patience, the matter that gives foas of Islam opportunity to kill virtue and raise the slogan of vice. I've determined to do a work that may be one of good deads that reconstruct Islamic nation on good way. After negotiation with some instructors it have been decided that my dissertation will be: "Praised Moral Characteristics In Dealing With people In The Holly Qurran" This study is not new in Arabic linguistic study but modern semantic study differs some what. My work falls into an introduction, prelude and three chapters: First chapter: deals with praised characteristics showing clemency and no hardness. Second chapter: deals with praised characteristics showing patience dignity. Third chapter: deals with praised characteristics showing chastity.

Then an Abstract. I've concluded that praised characteristics engage great place in the Holly quran, because quran is to build humane being a true building on strict manners and virtuoso morals. This study shows that developing in linguistic is a side from linguistic developing sides. This work concludes that Muslim linguistic have knew the term context before any other linguists but they have not include it in separate theories, since their concern with context bees just to understand what texts mean.
