المستخلص: This thesis is divided into two parts and conclusion : First part is appointed to focus on the manuscript its writer and his life and method in interpretation . Second part is appointed to editing and study . And conclusion contends the most important result which I've reached through my researching : 1. Sheikh zakariya Alansari is a miscellaneous encyclopedia that could enable researcher to have more study about this character and his efforts in legislative sciences . 2. Although what is known a bout the dark inclination of the age in which lived (826 – 926 H) we see prominent scholars erected from that darkness as our character (Sheikh zakariya Alansari) . 3. "Alhawashi" (The ultra – explanations) which the former scholars wrote are living examples reflecting the huge knowledge and information they had . 4. This study has showed the importance of interpretator culture which must contains as well as to interpretation , linguistics , the jurisprudence juris prudence bases , and Hadith (prophet's manners) . Finally I hope that I hit the truth , and if I missed I big Allah to forgive .
