المستخلص: استهدف التقرير تسليط الضوء على المؤتمر العلمي الدولي بعنوان الإعلام المعاصر في الرؤية الحضارية. وأوضح التقرير أن المؤتمر عقد في المدرسة الوطنية متعددة التقنيات في وهران. وأظهر التقرير أن الهدف من عقد المؤتمر هو توضيح المفاهيم والعناصر والوظائف والقضايا في الاتصال والإعلام المعاصر ضمن المنظور الحضاري للأمة. والوعي بأهمية الدور الذي يقوم به الإعلام في ظل العولمة والتحولات المجتمعية. والعمل على تفحص الأدوار المهمة للوسائط الإعلامية في التعبير عن هوية الأمة. وتوظيف الرؤية الفكرية الحضارية في فهم آليات الاتصال والإعلام المعاصر وكيفية التعامل معها. وأشار المقال إلى أن المؤتمر تضمن خمسة جلسات. اشترك فيه 16 باحثا مثلوا الأقطار العربية. وهي الأردن والإمارات والجزائر والسودان وليبيا ومصر واليمن. واستعرض التقرير جلسات المؤتمر بما تضمنته من كلمات وأوراق بحثية. وخلص التقرير بتقديم التوصيات التي توصل اليها المؤتمر. منها ضرورة دعوة المؤسسات الأكاديمية والبحثية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ووسائل الإعلام إلى نشر الوعي بأهمية الإعلام. وبلورة هذا الوعي في مشاريع عمل جماعية تتكامل فيها متطلبات الرؤية الحضارية الإسلامية والمعرفة الإعلامية المعاصرة. وتوجيه الاهتمام بمتطلبات الأسر العربية والمسلمة في المجتمعات العربية والغربية. من خلال إنتاج البرامج القادرة على تحصين هذه الأسر وتمكينها من أداء دورها التربوي والحضاري. ودعوة الجامعات ومراكز البحث إلى تطوير برامج ومقررات دراسية أكاديمية ومهنية في الإعلام الحضاري.

The report aimed to highlight the international scientific conference entitled "the Contemporary Media in the Civilizational Vision". The conference was held at the National Polytechnic School in Oran. The report showed that the aim of the conference is to clarify the concepts, elements, functions and issues of the communication and contemporary Media within the cultural perspective of the nation. Moreover, the awareness of the importance of the role played by the media in the context of globalization and societal transformations. In addition to examining the important roles of the media in expressing the identity of the nation, the report showed also that the aim of the conference is the use of cultural intellectual vision in understanding the mechanisms of communication, and contemporary media and how to deal with them. The article noted that the conference included five sessions, in which 16 researchers participated in representing the Arab countries, which are Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Sudan, Libya, Egypt and Yemen. The report reviewed the sessions of the conference, including the speeches and the researches. The report concluded with the recommendations made by the Conference, including the need to invite academic and research institutions, civil society institutions and the media to raise awareness of the importance of media, as well as developing this awareness in collective work projects that integrate the requirements of Islamic cultural vision and contemporary media knowledge. In addition to focusing attention on the needs of Arab and Muslim families in Arab and Western societies, through the production of programs capable of immunizing these families and enable them to perform their educational and cultural role, the research concluded with the invitation of universities and research centers to develop academic and professional programs and academic courses in the civilizational media.
