المستخلص: هدفت المقالة إلى الكشف عن مقاصد المؤلفين. وحاولت المقالة إثارة وعي الكاتب للتفكير فيما قد يبحث عنه القارئ والجمهور الذي يخاطبه. وإثارة وعي القارئ بالطريقة المناسبة التي يتفاعل فيها مع المادة المقروءة. وذلك من خلال النظر في دلالة مقاصد المؤلفين وتمثلاتها ومصطلحاتها في كتب التراث في مراحل تاريخية مختلفة والثقافة المعاصرة. وإعمال شيء من المقارنة بين مقاصد التأليف في الماضي والحاضر. وارتكزت المقالة على ثلاثة محاور. هي مقاصد المؤلفين في التراث الإسلامي. ومقاصد المؤلفين في مقدمات كتبهم. ومقاصد المؤلفين والباحثين في الثقافة المعاصرة. وأوضحت المقالة أن الكتابة والقراءة أمران متلازمان. فعندما تُكتب مادة معينة فإن الهدف الأساسي منها مخاطبة شخص أو جمهور معين ليقرأ ما كُتب. فيتحقق نوع من التواصل بين الكاتب والقارئ. وانه لا قيمة للكتابة إذا لم تجد هذه المادة المكتوبة من يقرأها. وبقدر ما كان قصد الكاتب واضحا ومحددا كانت كتابته أفضل. وأظهرت أن الجمهور المستهدف بالكتابة يسهم في تحقيق الهدف الذي يقصده الكاتب. فما يعرفه عن هذا الجمهور سوف يجعله يقدر مدى اتفاق القراء مع ما ذهب إليه. فمثلا إذا كان الكاتب يريد إقناع القارئ بالاهتمام بتعليم مهارات الكتابة للصغار فالجمهور المستهدف هنا هو إما المعلمون أو أولياء الأمور أو الطلبة.

The article aims to reveal the purposes of the authors. The article attempted to raise the writer's awareness to think about what the reader and the audience might be looking for, and to raise the reader's awareness in the appropriate manner in which he interacts with the reading subject. All that through the consideration of the author's purpose significance and their representations and terminology in the heritage books in the different historical stages and contemporary culture, as well as making some comparison between the purposes of past and present authorship. The article based on three axes, which are the purposes of the authors in the Islamic heritage, the purposes of the authors in the introductions of their books, and their aims in the contemporary culture. The article explained that writing and reading are inseparable, when writing a particular article, the primary purpose is to address a specific person or audience to read what has been written. After that, the type of communication between the writer and the reader is achieved. In addition, there is no value for writing if this written material does not find who reads it and as far as the author's intention was clear and specific, his writing was better . The article showed that the target audience in writing contribute to achieving the goal intended by the writer so what he knows about this audience will make him appreciate the extent to which readers agree with what he concluded. For example, if the writer wants to convince the reader to pay attention to teaching writing skills for children, the target audience here is the teachers, parents or students..
