يهدف البحث إلى مناقشة وتحليل دور القيادة الإدارية لعملية التغيير في ظل التحديات المختلفة التي تواجه المنظمات، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة مفهوم ومقومات عملية التغيير الناجح، والمعوقات التي تواجه العديد من المنظمات عند تنفيذ عملية التغيير وأفضل الطرق للحد من تلك المعوقات. كما تناقش الورقة واقع المنظمات العربية في الوقت الراهن، ومدى الحاجة إلى قيادات إدارية فاعله لديها القدرة على مواجهة التحديات المختلفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج من أهمها أن هناك نقصا واضحا في توفر القائد الإداري العربي الفاعل القادر على مواجهة التحديات والمتغيرات المختلفة. وبالتالي فإن قدرة المنظمات العربية على الاستمرار في السوق في ظل التحديات المستجدة والتي من أهمها انفتاح الأسواق العالمية العولمة أمر مشكوك فيه. وقد تبنت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها أن تساعد القيادات الإدارية العربية على مواجهة ومسايرة التحديات المختلفة.
The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the role played by the leadership in the process of change in the light of the different challenges, which face these organizations. Besides, discussing the conception and the basics of the process of the successful change and the obstacles which face a lot of organizations in implementing such changes; shedding the light on the best ways to minimize these obstacles. The study also, sheds the light on the current reality of the Arab organizations. And the need of an effective leadership, which is capable of facing these changes. The study found there is a clear shortage in the availability of an Arab administrative leader who is efficient and effective and capable to face the changes and the different challenges. Accordingly, the ability of the Arab organizations to prove themselves in the world of business in the light of the current challenges. One main and important challenge is the globalization, which is controversial. The study concludes with certain recommendation to enhance the leadership in Arab organizations to face and compromise with the challenges, which are very different and effective.
