المستخلص: The aim of this article is to shed light on the student of science and specialization. The article explained that the concept of specialization is one of the concepts that their research is characterized by lack of knowledge of its history and forms. And because it is an effective concept in different fields of science; that the views differed around it and that we need it, but it extended the research to reach a critical consideration of the legitimacy of methodology. This is because the concept of specialization is not controlled with different views on it, whether it is for reasons beyond the meaning of the concept related to its history or for internal reasons related to the form of specialization and its representation is a difficult equation that is not easy to solve. As the article pointed out all the sciences, how the specialization was when the scholars of the Companions of the Prophet, the consequences of the breadth of science, moreover, the difference between the concepts of specialization and expansion. The article showed that scientists did not criticize the distinction and classification of science, and that science was united at the beginning. The article concluded by explaining the methodological steps of Ibn Hazm in the specialization in science, namely: the specialist in the science hypothesis , specialization science and the linguistic science

هدف المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على طالب العلم والتخصص. وأوضح المقال أن مفهوم التخصص من المفاهيم التي اتسم البحث فيها بضعف الإحاطة بتاريخها وإشكالها، ولأنه من المفاهيم الفاعلة في مختلف الحقول العلمية؛ فقد تباينت الرؤى حوله ومدى الحاجة إليه، بل امتد البحث فيه ليبلغ محزّ النظر في مشروعيته المنهجية، وما ذلك إلا لكون مفهوم التخصص لم ينضبط عند المختلفين فيه، سواء كان ذلك لأسباب خارجة عن ماهية المفهوم متعلقة بتاريخه، أو لأسباب داخلية تتعلق بإشكال مفهوم التخصص وتمثيله معادلة صعبة ليس من الهين حلها. كما أشار المقال إلى كل العلوم، وكيف كان التخصص عند علماء الصحابة، والنتائج المترتبة على اتساع العلم، والفرق بين مفهومي التخصص والتوسع. وبَيّن المقال أن تمييز العلوم وتصنيفها لم يكن محلّ نقد عند العلماء، وأن العلوم كانت في بادئ الأمر متحدة. واختتم المقال بتوضيح الخطوات المنهجية لابن حزم في التخصص في العلوم وهي: علم المتخصص بمظنة العلم، وعلم المتخصص بما يؤول إلى تخصصه، وعلم المتخصص باللغة.
