|f The article aims to shed light on Iraq and the policy of drying the swamp. The article explained the United States take an approach to the policy of clearing the swamp as claimed in the Islamic world before the occupation of Iraq in 2003, and the most important American interests in the Arab area. As the article also pointed out that the policy of clearing the swamp is based on the elimination on all manifestations of extremism form movements or leaders or methods or programs of relief, or media, and cultural, therefore, fight it with all the tools and weapons. The article addressed the policy of participation and the most important in the report "Rand" in 2007. The article concluded by explaining that the policy of drying the swamp that is to be applied in Iraq, and then in the Arab and Islamic worlds is represented in three main steps, namely; The first deals with the definition of the standards of the moderate Muslim, while the second concerns the marginalization of the center of Islam (neglecting the Arabs). |e هدف المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على العراق وسياسة تجفيف المستنقع. وأوضح المقال انتهاج الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لسياسة تطهير المستنقع كما تزعم في العالم الإسلامي قبل احتلال العراق عام 2003 م ، وأهم المصالح الأمريكية في المنطقة العربية. كما أشار المقال إلى أن سياسة تطهير المستنقع تقوم على إزالة كل مظاهر التشدد من حركات أو قيادات أو مناهج أو برامج إغاثية، أو وسائل إعلامية وثقافية، ومحاربتها بكل ما تملك من أدوات وأسلحة. وتناول المقال المقصود بسياسة المشاركة، وأهم ما جاء في تقرير "راند" في العام 2007م. واختتم المقال بتوضيح أن سياسة تجفيف المستنقع التي يراد تطبيقها في العراق، ومن ثم في العالمين العربي والإسلامي تتمثل في ثلاث خطوات رئيسية هم: الأولي: تتناول تحديد معايير المسلم المعتدل، أما الثانية: تتناول تهميش مركز الإسلام (إهمال العرب)، أما الثالثة: توضح تعطيل المؤسسات الإسلامية ومنها المساجد.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
