This study aims at identifying the characteristics of Imam Qabisi's educational thoughts by analyzing and reflecting on his views about the teacher, learner, curricula, teaching methods, along with the educational thoughts in the modern era. The study also includes his views that centre on ethical education, who's educational and intellectual contents have proved harmonious with the educational thoughts in the modern era. This has posed the following two questions as a means to analyses his educational views and coming up with a critical reading of them: -What are Qabisi's educational characteristic features vis-à-vis (teacher, learner, curriculum, teaching methods, and compulsory education)? -What is the critical judgement (a critical analytical view) of Qabisi's characteristic features of his educational thought (teacher, learner, curriculum, teaching methods, and compulsory education)? The two researchers have taken up and espoused the historical method which is based on identifying and analyzing the references relevant to the subject. They highlight the main educational concepts in a way that goes in line with the requirements of our age. The study has come up with a number of results, the most prominent of which is that Muslim educationalist intellectuals including Al-Qabisy have inovated -in the field of Education- unprecedented opinions; rather such opinions run deep in Islam, and thus have been adopted form Islam as a result of deep comprehension of the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Tradition (Hadith). Although Al-Qabisy’s method was not clear and comprehensive in relation to teachers and students, he is considered one of those whose thoughts rely on Islam and the crystal clear legal relationship between the teacher and the student. He has dealt with that relationship with a prudent insight, shedding light on the practical aspects of education and learning.
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم ملامح الفكر التربوي عند الإمام القابسي، من خلال الوقوف على آرائه حول المعلم، والمتعلم، والمناهج الدراسية، وكذلك طرق التدريس، بالإضافة إلى آرائه حول التربية الخلقية، والتي امتازت مضامينه التربوية والفكرية مع الأفكار التربوية في العصر الحديث، مما يبعث الحاجة إلى التحليل في آرائه التربوية، وقراءة نقدية لها. من خلال الإجابة عن السؤالين التاليين: - ما ملامح الفكر التربوي عند الإمام القابسي (المعلم، المتعلم، المناهج الدراسية، طرق التدريس وإلزامية التعليم)؟ - ما الحكم النقدي (نظرة تحليلية نقدية) لملامح الفكر التربوي عند الإمام القابسي (المعلم، المتعلم، المناهج الدراسية، طرق التدريس وإلزامية التعليم)؟ وأتبع الباحثان المنهج التاريخي الذي يقوم على الاطلاع ومعرفة المصادر ذات الصلة بالموضوع والعمل على تحليلها وبيان أهم الأفكار التربوية ونقديها بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العصر، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن المفكرين التربويين المسلمين من بينهم القابسي أبتكروا في التربية آراء جديدة لم يأخذوها عن غيرهم، بل أستمدت من الاسلام نتيجة للفهم العميق لما جاء به القرآن الكريم وسنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، كما أنه لم يكن هناك منهج واضح وشامل للقابسي في رسالته حول المعلمين والمتعلمين، الا أنه أستند في فكره على الدين الاسلامي، والعلاقة الشرعية الواضحة بين المعلم والمتعلم وعالجها بفكر الفقيه المتفهم، وركز أيضا على الجوانب العملية للتربية والتعليم.
