|f The present study aimed to identify the educational views of Imam Al-Qurtubi, in light of his interpretation of Surat An-Nisa. It tackled his approach in interpreting the Holy Quran and identifying the Sheiks and disciples of Imam Al-Qurtubi, in addition to his works and his implications of knowledge. The study explained the most important statements of Imam Al-Qurtubi in the interpretation of Surat An-Nisa, it also pointed to the extent to which it is possible to benefit from the educational views of Imam Al-Qurtubi in the interpretation of Surah An-Nisa in observing the rights of orphans, as well as access to the possibility of benefiting from the educational views of Imam Al-Qurtubi in the interpretation of Surah An-Nisa in the protection of Muslim women. The study used the descriptive approach. The results reached that instilling the doctrine of monotheism in the hearts of our children since childhood will make them aware of the fact of the oneness of Allah (Almighty), and that He Has no partner. Moreover, it will teach them the duty of obedience to Allah (Almighty), follow His approach alone with no partner, avoid disobedience and sensing the fear and modesty of Allah, Almighty, and the need to train our children to feel the presence of The Protector (Almighty) and not to underestimate the sins and guilt depending on that Allah is Forgiving, and The Most Merciful. Additionally, to avoid the envy indignant in all its forms; which is to wish the abatement of grace from others and to be limited to the self, and to accustom our children to love the good for others as they love for themselves. Taking into consideration the rights of the neighbor and not harming him by a word or action. Furthermore, the need to teach them to be humble and modest and not to be arrogant, because it makes him loses the reward of his good actions and provide him with the resources of destruction. Our children should care about the prayers and its complete performance, in terms of kneeling, prostration and submissiveness of the heart, as well as preserving the mosques and their sanctity as they are the houses of Allah; dedicated to prayer, worship, invocation of Allah, and not as ways or corridors to pass by, and care for purity and cleanliness and the need to teach our children the rules of cleanliness from menstruation, puerperal, ritual impurity (janaba), and others. They should be trust worthy, honest and reliable in everything in the acts of worship, transactions, weights, measures and deposits. We should teach them to spread peace out among people because it is a mean of love and affection among people. The study recommended the need to emphasize unity and cooperation and reject disputes, quarrels and hatred so that we can confront our enemies at home and abroad.
