المستخلص: This study addresses the subject of revocation appeal in administrative contracts disputes in terms of the permissibility of the appeal abolition of administrative decisions detachable of the administrative contract, and promulgated of contracting administration in various stages of the contractual process, as well as the permissibility of the abolition appeal in the administrative contract itself, and the impact of the verdict of abolition on the continuation of the contract. All through the analysis of case law , jurisprudence and related legal rules on this subject, following a comparative analytical approach. And I have divided this study into three chapters and a conclusion includes the findings and recommendations that have been reached.
